I won't use it until they find a way to administer electrical shocks to the sender. Keyed to them typing, for instance, "OMG!!!!!"
Actually, that would be two shocks: one for the OMG and another for multiple exclamation points.

They're missing one key component -- match the contents against the samples found at snopes.com and bounce any hits. Still haven't quite trained my mother to check there before she forwards something to everybody she can think of.
