yes

[X] First?

no, obs

I believe they have always counted in Cook County, Illinois

Right, dude. They definitely must specify whether they mean Florida dead, Chicago dead, or dead dead. I don't even want to think about voters who retire to Florida from Chicago.

First, we must consider whether the votes of live people actually count in any meaningful way…

What do you think we've been doing ??

of course they should. they always have here in the state capital of politics, albany ny, home of the second oldest poltical machine [chicago is still 1] hey, we had the same mayor here for 41 years! he died, but now he just votes for the 'new guy'.

Oregon counts ballots no matter what happens to the voter. So does Florida.

Well, duh.

Business idea: "I Voted" stickers for headstones and political bumper stickers for hearses!

Define dead

*LOL* Katherine Harris!!! Bwaaaahahahaa!!

Oh dear! She's joking? Right????
