was alcohol involved?

and FIRST!

Chuck, I believe the poodle was sober.

"she and her boyfriend came up with the idea of teaching their pet dog, Niu Niu, to drive after noticing the expressway was nearly empty and the weather was good"

Big deal!

Let's see how the dog does on I95 at rush hour.

You can't teach a poodle to drive. They aren't smart enough.

Police gave them a warning ticket and asked them to take a more responsible attitude when driving on the expressway....

These people should've known you need to start driving on deserted back roads.

I wonder if these bozos are related to Timmy.

Everyone knows dogs can't drive!

wait a minute....that license i had to buy for my dog wasn't for driving?

Wait, does the FL driver's license go to the people or the dog?

pad, the dog is the only one qualified.

Toonces!!! we need Toonces...

Police gave them a warning ticket and asked them to take a more responsible attitude when driving on the expressway.

Yeah, next time teach the cat to drive.

Here I come!

Well, the Mandarin word/morpheme for dog is gõ.

I say turn a whole pack loose on I-95, they certainly can't do much worse that what's there already!

In South Florida the dog would have been taught to hang a paw out the window and give the finger. Gives me an idea - my Lab is a bird dog. . .
