Police gave them a warning ticket and asked them to take a more responsible attitude when driving on the expressway....
These people should've known you need to start driving on deserted back roads.

In South Florida the dog would have been taught to hang a paw out the window and give the finger. Gives me an idea - my Lab is a bird dog. . .
