A spokesman from the bull's law firm, Scheister & Scheister, stated that their client would not accept a plea deal offered by the DA. He characterized the allegations against the bull as a bunch of horse[bleep], and that his client would not be cowed into making a deal. The DA, who was attending a barbecue, could not be reached for commment.
