YET ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY WE NEED A FEDERAL LAW REQUIRING HAMMERS TO CARRY A WARNING LABEL

It should state: DO NOT USE THIS HAMMER TO WHACK BULLETS

(Thanks to Jeff Meyerson)

Mallets work better

Yeah, but you know, even if there was a label, someone would still sue the hammer maker because there wasn't anything specifically in place to prevent such usage.

Two words: target range.

BRILLIANT!!!

I'm willing to bet he'll need to whack more than a few more bullets to pay that hospital bill. Stupidity never pays.

For the love of god, people, how much more senseless violence must we endure before we finally pass some comprehensive Vise Control laws in this country??

Oh, the humanity!

Think Crink!

Missed the Darwin Awards by THIS much!!

Jeff, if I didn't know you I'd have to, oh, I don't know, whack you with a hammer. I sent this in earlier, with a link from the Charlotte Observer.

At least it did get posted.

For the love of god and evolution, someone please add bleach to the gene pool.

1 in 100 ain't that bad.

Just brilliant!

Sorry, Susan.

Susan, it's old news. Lab posted it on his blog hours ago. :)

I was gonna send this in (it was on CNN's main page). But then I thought, some knucklehead is sure to send it in.
And I was right.

Crink, your blog is funny - to say nothing of your dense dogs....

Don't mess with them weasels, neither.

But did anyone else read "hamsters" instead of "hammers."

key word "teen"

Thanks, Annie! Always good to be appreciated by real fans.

ok, let's see, if I buy a case of 1000 bullets at $195 ...

If 100 bullets are "just a few pounds", 1000 bullets are 20-30 pounds. That would give me at the most $51.

Gonna need more bullets!
and a lot more ear plugs, band-aids, and aspirin.

Makes sense to me.
