maybe if he had used a squirrel instead of a bunny?

I only hope that when the inevitable PETA protestor in a bunny suit shows up at that school, that they still have the snake around.
And it's real, real, hungry...

* searches desperately for someone to blame for double post *
Actually, TypePad flaked out when I posted it the first time, and that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

So, because it's a Christian school, kids can't learn that pythons eat rabbits and other small mammals? Or is it because they taped it and the little Christians are laughing demonically in the background?

school officials could not be reached for further comment because of ongoing graduation commencement ceremonies.
Exactly how long are commencement ceremonies? Mine was a couple hours.
Good excuse though. Hmmmmmmm.........

So learning about the food chain is a bad thing? The school officials need to get out more often.
Here: chickens eat the mice, cats eat the birds, raccons eat our koi, our Great Dane Edward will attempt to eat anything he can get in his mouth and sparrow hawks that demolish sparrows in mid air. Isn't that how it works?

Also useful in social studies class -- yank the rabbit back from the snake making the effort, chop it up and distribute it among other, non-effort making snakes, and voila: that's socialism, kids!
I think I need more coffee.

It could be worse, they could be teaching evolution.

*gasp* Evolution?? May the powers-that-be forbid that anything so false should be taught! *eyeroll*

Gotta watch out for those bunnies. Sometimes they'll eat their way out of the snake. Yeah, it's gross, but the snake deserves it!
