Would a cooking hamster smell like ham?

Mmmmmm.... toasty!

Hamsters have too much dark meat.

"Christmas roasting on an open fire...
Hot flames nipping at his nose..."

"Hob"? "Ribena"? May I be the first to ask, WTD?

Can't these Brits speak English?

How does one turn on a hob by mistake? Is that known as "playing hob" with a hamster?

"Ribena saves cooked hamster"

Yeah, you'd hate to throw it away, what with all those starving people in [poor counrty here].

how many hours on a therapists couch do you think it will take to get over this one?

"and then.... *choke* she.... set fire to my hamster!"

also, this sounds kind of python-esque, you know "your mother set fire to a hamster and your father smelled of elderberries" sort of thing.

I'll have Richard Gere for $100, Alex.

Okay and the answer is: “That hamster is a goner”.

fivver - I wouldn't have Richard Gere for $1,000,000. Think of where he's been!

Or even worse...what's been in him!

sadly, this is just the stupid sort of thing i'd do. well, if i were the sort of person who put rodents on the place where food is prepared.

true story, i know someone who's dwarf rabbit was kept on a screened porch which is also where they put the fry-daddy to cool after a party. i'll leave the rest to your imagination.

dwarf rabbit fritters...which wbagnfa side dish at president dave barry's election day banquet.

ewwwww on the fried wabbit whatevers. i woulda turned that family in to the hamster abuse hotline, yes.

*snork* at Annie!!
And have you ever noticed that British people use the word "brilliant" a lot? Is that distinctive?

Here's a little Mexican ditty for you.

I eat my hamster with honey,
I've done it all of my life,
It makes the hamster taste funny
But it won't slide off of my knife, OLE!

*gazing at the burger cooking on the grill and suddenly starting to hum "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas"*

"No Hamsters were harmed in the making of this blog."

Ribena is a drink for classical scholars in Oxford and Cambridge in England. Ribes is Latin for the currants such as redcurrant, so it is illegal for anyone without a degree in classics to drink it. The penalty is to drink warm beer (beerus beerus) for the rest of your life, or until closing time, whichever is the sooner.
Off to the pub now. Tarra!

I just assumed Dave had a new book coming out.

And as to the cooked hamster – tastes sorta like chicken
