Are hearings underway to determine how the squirrels are keeping a step ahead of our intelligence agencies?

C-bol, can you really ask with a straight face how the squirrels are staying ahead of our intelligence agencies?
I mean, every time we get close to cracking their codes, they send in a suicide mission to knock out power to the supercomputers, and we have to start all over again.
