Let me just be the ?FIRST? to ask: Was this Lady Godiva, re-incarnated?
Posted by: bbxl | February 24, 2006 at 10:42 AM
I'm guessing they didn't really need to put out any "alert."
Posted by: Lisa Bisa Fo Fisa | February 24, 2006 at 10:42 AM
Identify her? Right.
OK...ladies, please line up, remove your clothes, and Officer Wanglefurt will be applying some spray paint.
Naked? No...we don't need you to be naked; you get this SunDevils cap.

The woman had "Pro-choice" airbrushed on one leg, "Impeach Bush" on the other and "No oil" on her chest, Brown said.....She definately did her job of stirring debate about bush on campus..
Posted by: Sean | February 24, 2006 at 10:48 AM
so, what, no one remembered to look at her FACE... so they could identify her?
Posted by: judi | February 24, 2006 at 10:49 AM
"DPS has put out an alert in hopes of finding the suspect, Hardesty said."
I'll bet.
"If you have any information about this naked, nubile young woman, with 'no oil' on her chest, or even with oil on her chest, for that matter, I urge you in the strongest possible terms to let me know as soon as possible!"
Posted by: Christobol | February 24, 2006 at 10:52 AM
She sounds pretty hard on Bush..Speaking of hard on Bush, wouldn't riding a bike naked be pretty hard on the bush?
Posted by: Sean | February 24, 2006 at 10:53 AM
judi - there's no evidence that this girl even HAS a face.
Ha! Just got a great image of her in her naked protest mode, talking to some guy and giving him the old "My eyes are UP HERE, pal! What a pig!"
Posted by: Christobol | February 24, 2006 at 10:54 AM
"Naked biker draws stairs" - wow thats talent! a nude biker artist... I wonder where she keeps her paintbrushes.
Posted by: CoastRaven | February 24, 2006 at 10:55 AM
Her next work: "Portrait of the Artist as a Young Inmate".
Posted by: Blue Meanie | February 24, 2006 at 10:57 AM
If she draws stairs, she's probably a naked architect. If she drew a bowl of fruit she would be a naked artist. Regardless, the cops are probably staking out the local Hooters.

I'm with Cbol on this!
DPS has put out an alert in hopes of finding the suspect, Hardesty said.

Imagine how much money that bike seat could raise for the cause, on ebay.

Words of the Sentient:
Every gun that is fired, every warship launched, every rocket fired, signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. The world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its labourers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

Who is Serge, and when did he start worknig in the application department?
Posted by: Sean | February 24, 2006 at 11:24 AM
There is one thing these leftistas rarely consider. When PETA, and Pro-Choice, and other groups employ young, attractive, and nude women to get their point across there is little impetus to change.
I mean if my eating meat is going to provoke actresses and models to protest in the nude, then make my steak order a double!
Posted by: MartiniShark | February 24, 2006 at 11:28 AM
what? no pictures? damn liberal media! if they can't get a picture of the actual event they're reporting on, they could at least create a re-enactment video - I mean, what are we supposed to do, figure out what happened just be reading the article?

"DPS has put out an alert in hopes of finding the suspect, Hardesty said."
Rest assured that King Wingbipeekaboo has hopes of finding the suspect also.

i was too embare-assed to add any.

I don't think that would go over all that well in Tempe. It's a pretty conservative place, not as much as Mesa, but it's still in the Mormon Corridor. It would be nothing in Berkeley. I'm still recovering from the nudie fur protest I encountered there when I was 9 years old. My dad had forgotten how, um, open the people there were.

There are other great things going on at Arizona State.
Posted by: Brad | February 24, 2006 at 09:34 PM
Sorta reminiscent of that old joke where the punchline is "Sell the bicycle" ... don'cha think?
Posted by: U.O | February 24, 2006 at 09:40 PM
And ... applications may not be the only thing "surging" @ ASU ... eh?
Posted by: U.O | February 24, 2006 at 09:42 PM
Berkeley has been there, done that.Members of the city council listened earnestly to a young man who advocated a "clothing optional" day for Berkeley.
But the ignorant majority voted him down, creating another martyr of freedom.
"If you can wear pants, why can't you take them off?"
He yelled this when he was taken away.
