why stop at the digestive system - why not just knit a whole person?
Posted by: TCK | November 07, 2005 at 05:09 PM
Wow, I may need to learn to knit just to spend the rest of my life creating these to give as gifts to celebrities who have touched my life. What size should I make for Britney Spears?

As a knitter, all I can say is somebody has WAY too much time on their hands!

Things that make you go "uuUUH?"
Could they not spend their (not there) time more productively? Like posting to this blog?

Seen on a men's room wall: "My mother made me a woman!"
Written below it: "If I buy the yarn, will she make me one too?"

spinner8 - as this knitted item comes with a rectum, you have to ask yourself - does Twitney really need another a$$hole in her life?

Q. Why is there what appears to be a medium-sized flamingo sitting on top of the large intestine?
A. Perhaps the knitter was listening to "flamingo music" while she was working on this?

Well, Andrew, I "putted" my time into answering the question of why the knitted tongue was the same color as the knitted asshole. Though to no avail.
What do you think?
Posted by: Guido | November 07, 2005 at 08:08 PM
Marge: Oh, what are you knitting, Gertrude?
Gertrude: A sweater for my granddaughter. And you, Marge?
Marge: A human anus.
If I heard that conversation, believe I would wet myself... speaking of which, when is Part 2 coming?

ErnieG: "Hey, look at this. Somebody's got way too much time on their hands."
MrsG: "Yes. And you're taking the time to look at it."

JP - After reading your post, I began laughing uncontrollably. Tears, worried husband, everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I needed that.

I knew that I learned to knit for a reason!
My facorite part is the labelled "finger" in the second-to-last picture.
Also, according to the pattern, the yarn color used for the rectum (and tongue) is "angry pink".
