I can't do pushups....

You can be in shape, and still be sleazy.
Don't ask me how I know.

OK, drop and give me 20! No, we meant 20 push ups! Stop that immediately!

Posted by: philintexas | July 19, 2005 at 10:29 AM
geezly, at least they didn't make `em strip and take a cold shower.
Posted by: Cyn | July 19, 2005 at 10:32 AM
Well, I think they cheated. These men were in no condition to do real push ups. They only went half down right?

"Four reels of film were seized and three staff members taken into custody.
I spy a double-double entendre and an ulterior motive here...

Reporter: The 'exercise both hands, not just one ' craze has spread to America!
,
Policeman: That's right, as you see, the denizens of that sleazy movie theater are being forced to do sit-ups in public.
Reporter: And so organized! I see you've even brought along Richard Simmons to lead the exercises!
Policeman: Errr, .... no.

TICKLE AND PERVERT'S MOVIE REVIEW (from prison):
If acting is so easy, how can voluptuous blondes make it so hard? Despite being arrested by local authorities, the movie was stimulating, and Summer Daze was spectacular in her lead role as Buttercup Treat, the lonely wife of Dave Berrilicous, a retired humor columnist. The climax was certainly over the top, and we were never really quite sure what the plot was, but then again, the movie was about sex and not about plots, so we really don't care.
Two penises up!

Sit-ups for punishment - like in the military? Why not just make 'em stand at attention? Oh, wait....

I envision a cadre of nuns raiding theaters commando-style with wooden rulers for the thumping of staff members
Posted by: Moe | July 19, 2005 at 11:20 AM
Somehow I don't think they would be aiming for knuckles.
Posted by: confucius | July 19, 2005 at 11:27 AM
Moe - do you mean that the nuns will be behaving like commandos, or going commando? Or both?
Confucius - the nuns will be aiming for the staffs' members.

Should have the same sentence for smoking marijuana.
Posted by: Amy | July 19, 2005 at 11:34 AM
Aunt Nancy,
I very much meant acting like commandos. *shudder*
Actually, the comment was just an excuse to use the term "cadre".
And you're(not your) right, confucious. "Staff members" was very much meant as a double entendre.
Wow, one post with two words ending in Freedom(not French)-style "re".

Aunt Nancy -
I answered your question r.e. U.O on the Tyson thread ... too lazy to go back and get it for you ... sorry ...

And to think of all the money I've wasted on a trainer.

Ten sit-ups? Ten? I doubt that's much of a deterrent. . .
When I was watching the changing of the guard in London, I saw a British police officer make an excessively rowdy member of the crowd do fifty or so push-ups. These officers in India should take note if they want to accomplish anything.

So...following this...a really buff Indian is most likely a repeat offender?
and
SLOWLAYNE!!!!

Wouldn't weightlifting be a more appropriate punishment? Especially the clean-and-jerk?
Pornography illegal in the land that gave us the Kama Sutra. Tsk, tsk. What's the world coming to? (India excluded, of course...)
