Why is the first line in Piratese? Is that somehow related to lobster farming? Are the lobster farmers ex-pirates?

Prairie Lobsters may not be a great NFARB, but would definitely be a good name for a country-western group.

I had prairie lobsters on my prairie oysters, but a spray got rid of them.
