Arrr, perhaps this bilge rat might find the cure for me scurvy...
Smarter than the average graffiti artist, eh?

It's not graffiti! It is the impregnation of an asphaltic aggregate surface through controlled vaporization of mixed xylene, ketone and touene isomers. So there!

I guess it wouldn't be "art" so much as it might be considered homework?

I liked the "really nice work" comment. It's (not its) so ... academic.

I thought it Toluene and not touene... (blahblahblah) ... and I can't recall the stereoisomers for them.

Arrr, I suspect this be the work of the Mad Pirate Scientist Wench! Good job! I'll reward ye later (wink wink)

Oops, yeah, it's toluene. That was a tpyo.

Arr, what I cannae understand is how one DNA base makes an entire code.
Oh, and the "artist" forgot the pertinant dots in his kekule structure.
Posted by: TheSquire | September 19, 2004 at 11:54 AM
Arrrrrr... Hate when me lose permanent parts o' me kekule structure. Painful, it be...

'Course I forgot to ask the obvious question: Who the heck is Cap'n Caveman, and why does he (despite the primitive name) know so much about noxious household chemistry?

B'Haps be 'e's Judi's cabin boy...
Or college cabin boy...
Puttin' on airs an' all...

ARrrr I do be drawing the double helix, but I do not be writin Phospholipase on me drawings. and I always add errant ethanol molecules to me DNA...

methinks he was a chem student at uni, corn.
Posted by: judi | September 19, 2004 at 08:38 PM
