The best kind of school activity.

That's ok, people with halos over their heads can tend to be kind of boring. I much prefer horns and a pitchfork.

Heh. Rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints, would you? I very much agree.

Only the Good Little Margarita Drinkers Die Young.

Dave B & Miriam: I've seen Company about 10 times since 1971, inclduing summer of '72 in London (The British actress had a tough time getting "Getting Married Today" fast enough, and they -- stupidly in my opinion -- changed "Floating in the Hudson with the other garbage" to "floating in the river"). It's still my favorite of his shows.

Jeff, 10 times? Lucky. I've been in it once, and have seen one professional production of it. It's a great show, but it's so NY, in the London prod, did they change the location (hence, no Hudson) or just change that word because Londoners wouldn't know what the Hudson is?

Btw, there were quotes from three different musicals in my original post (besides repeating Helluva town), can you name them all?

Miriam, they still had it set in NY (and I agree, it's TOTALLY NY) but I gues at the time they thought Londoners wouldn't know the Hudson.

On the Town
Company
New York, New York
missed that -- don't tell me or I'll kick myself

It's very (VERY) obscure.

Hint - same composer as one of the others.
