Justin Bieber was seen checking in Tuesday The Villa Casa Casuarina (formerly the Versace Mansion) before heading to WALL where he gave a surprise performance. Bieber left that club with fifty--yep, 50 people-- and brought them back with him, partying until 8 a.m. Wednesday. The Biebs lounged it off all day at the pool before heading to sceney steakhouse Prime 112 for lunch around 3:30 p.m. A waiter said Bieber "seemed to be intoxicated, most likely from the night before." Ya think? Following lunch he went back to Casa Casuarina to nap before hitting LIV Nightclub, where he showed up just after midnight and spent the majority of the evening singing along to his songs and dancing to them from the DJ booth.

Exclusive! Pop tort: Justin Bieber throws tantrum, runs out of court after being asked about Selena Gomez
Justin Bieber was in Miami today to answer questions regarding a civil suit filed against him by a photog who claims he was assaulted by one of the Bieb's beefy bodyguards. One could understand why the troubled singer, who turned 20 five days ago, would need a bodyguard or ten after what he pulled today in the courthouse. According to our mole, towards the end of the deposition when Bieber was asked a question about Selena Gomez, he threw a tantrum, ripping the microphone off, jumping up from his seat and running out of the room. A recess was called and, 15 minutes later, Biebs came back refusing to answer any questions about his ex. Much to the dismay of many, the petulant popster did not say he was running away because if he did, he'd have a lot of people helping him pack.
Following his Wednesday night show at the AAA, Justin Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel showed up around 12:30 a.m. to Cavalli Restaurant and Lounge with a huge, 30+ person entourage consisting of his concert crew and took over a large area of the swanky resto/lounge in which his own DJ spun and which, says our spy, was already packed with "excited models." Also excited over the models was Biel, who was said to be snapping pictures of the Brazilian dancers. "She seemed to be a huge fan," says the spy. The couple ordered a bottle of booze, sat back, watched and snapped away. The lounge stayed open for the group until 3 a.m., at which time a shocking thing happened. Unlike most visiting celebrities in Miami, Timberlake paid the bill with his own money and left a huge tip for the server. A class act indeed.

Justin Timberlake celebrated wife Jessica Biel’s birthday Monday in The Forge’s wine cellar along with his mom Lynn Harless and his stepfather Paul Harless. JT and his familial entourage entered through the restaurant's main entrance. They also took a tour of the restaurant. And because it's always fun to speculate whether or not a celebrity is preggo, we asked if she drank booze, to which our source says, "We don't know." We'll take vague for $3,000, Alex. She did eat cake though. Executive chef Chris Lee made Biel's favorite--an Italian wedding cake. Any vow renewals there? Not so much, but Timberlake did sing a few bars of the hit song Happy Birthday to her. Last night at his show at the BB&T Center, spies tell us that Biel, whose low profile has sparked rumors of marital trouble, was finally playing the role of a pop star's beloved wife, standing near the sound booth singing along and "sorta dancing."

We knew something was off when Miley Cyrus's name mysteriously disppeared from the website selling tickets for the New Year's Eve party she was to host at the Fontainebleau with performances by Pharrell and Afrojack. Now we know why. She got a better gig. Here's the official statement:
We are sorry to announce Miley Cyrus will not be hosting New Year’s Eve from Fontainebleau Miami Beach. She has accepted a great opportunity with Ryan Seacrest – the opportunity to join the legacy of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve live from Times Square. The New Year’s Eve poolside party at Fontainebleau will be hosted by Grammy-nominated recording artist and producer Pharrell Williams with performances by Pharrell and Afrojack. We will be collaborating with Dick Clark Productions to bring some of the Fontainebleau poolside festivities to the Times Square party and telecast. Though she will not be with us for New Year’s, we look forward to having Miley join us this month to celebrate the holidays at Fontainebleau and LIV nightclub.

I Wish, I Want: One Direction's Harry Styles possibly, maybe, maybe not buying a $19.5 mil Key Biscayne crib
While rumors abound via celebrity real estate blog Real Estalker that One Direction's 19-year-old Harry Styles is eyeing a massive Key Biscayne crib that would set him back at least a million bucks for every year of his 19-years on earth at a whopping listing price of $19.5 million, our real estate intelligence says no way. "His net worth is only $10 million at this point," says our spy, who also added that "Key Biscayne is too old, too foreign, and too stuffy for a British teenager." Well alrightey then, though we'd think most of America is too "foreign" for a Brit and much of Miami often too alien even for its own denizens. Styles is no ordinary teenager, of course, but for shame. He's only worth $10 million, which is still enough to buy a pricey house from high end Miami realtors The Jills. Incidentally, a rep for The Jills is on mute as usual, not yet returning our request for comment, but to borrow a quote from Jill Eber from our last real estate rumor about The Beckhams buying the Versace manse, "My comment would be we can't comment. Any buyer we work with is confidential.” In the meantime, click here for the listing at 755 S. Mashta Drive.
Update (9.16.13): Key Biscayne residents--primarily tweenage girls--are aflutter with excitement by alleged confirmations by alleged real estate professionals and big mouthed locals who say that yes, yes indeed, Harry Styles is going to be their neighbor. We once again tried contacting The Jills, but they must be busy with The Beckhams, their other alleged, potential clients who may, as of tomorrow, be the owners of the auctioned off Versace Mansion. We did manage to get a reply from a Sony Music/Columbia Records rep, Mike Navarra, who told us ever so predicably and cryptically, "There's no comment on this." Maybe those who have claimed to have already met Styles' house staff for tea and crumpets can give us more concrete answers.

In this voyeuristic age of Instagram, this confessional TMI age of Twitter, it's hard to keep some things under wraps. Take, for instance, Friday night's D'USSÉ Cognac Jay-Z after party at Mansion, a booze-sponsored party not just for those "on the list," but for those 21 and over, as is always the case at the South Beach hot spot. When the concert wrapped up at Sun Life Stadium late Friday night, there was buzz in the Twittersphere that Justin Bieber, 19, was planning on showing up to pay his homage to Jay-Z at Mansion. Reps for the liquor company quickly tried to erase any signs of that by deleting some of their own tweets making mention of this very likely possibility. Then Bieber put out this picture (above) on Instagram and blew the whole thing wide open. Good going, Biebs, whose own people tried to underplay his law-breaking by emphasizing that he was only drinking water. As for Mansion, we've been told by their people time and time again that there are bigger issues in clubland than the presence of one under aged teenage pop tart. Before social media projectile vomited itself all over modern civilization, Lindsay Lohan drinking "water" in a South Beach club VIP room was much easier to keep hush hush than it is today. So what, if anything, to be done of this? Absolutely nothing. A rep for Bacardi, who asked to remain anonymous told us "We can't promote 18 year olds being in the club because it would get them fined." So what? Bieber can afford it. Put it on his tab.

Until last week, Aventura's Haleigh Youtie, 17, was just a regular teenager looking forward to attending college in Michigan in the fall. Then Justin Bieber sat next to her at the Miami Heat game and all of a sudden her face was catapulted into the social media stratosphere, becoming a subject of mystery, speculation and, in the case of some frenzied female Bieber fans, great jealousy--especially when the "mystery brunette's" picture appeared on the front page of London's Daily Mail, Extra, OMG Insider, Access Hollywood and even The Tonight Show. Before the Heat game was even over, Youtie, who did post on her social media accounts that Bieber, who refused to be photographed until someone brought a Miami Heat dancer over, wasn't the friendliest, she was getting threats from rabid fans and, says her mother Eileen, "more friend requests than you can count." We asked Haleigh her thoughts on the insanity and she said, "I got a taste of how fast social media works and of the positive and negative effects it can have on a person. I did have fun with it, though." We bet she did.

Justin Bieber's under aged Miami nightlife tour continues as he closes down Mansion with female entourage
As apathetic and bored Justin Bieber may have seemed at last night's Miami Heat game (perhaps he was just suffocating from his leather), the 19-year-old pop prince perked up around 3:45 in the morning when he arrived at Mansion with an entourage of girls. Sporting a white tank top and gold chains, The Biebs sat at a table facing the stage where he did nothing but text on his phone the entire time. Perhaps he was texting his stylist to find out when the hat he wore earlier that night would be available in his size? Anyway, he did stop with his phone for a few minutes to watch Flo Rida perform. As for his female entourage, they were blondes and brunettes and in their 20s. More joined as the night went on. But Biebs, who neither touched an alcoholic beverage nor took off his sunglasses all night, sporadically chatted with his fawners in between his feverish texting. The sunglasses did come in handy when the lights came on around 5 a.m. when he left with a big group in a caravan of three SUVs just in time to get home and watch cartoons. As for this pattern of clubs letting a teenager inside, bottom line is, they just don't care. Says one industry insider, "No one's going after a club for one Justin Bieber. They have bigger fish to fry, like B-Girls and prostitutes."
