Strange bedfellows or bad gossip: Tracy Young and Kim Zolciak?

Someone was either really desperate for a story Saturday night at the gala hosted by Roy and Lea Black or stranger things have happened as reports swirl that former Miami DJ Tracy Young and Real Housewives of Atlanta's Elaine Lancaster Doppelganger Kim Zolciak are an item. As in dating. The openly gay Young became friends with Zolciak on Twitter where the two made plans for Young to remix Zolciak's, uh, song "Tardy for the Party." As for the party at the Fontainebleau Saturday, Young was spinning and Zolciak was one of the so-called celebrity guests. Until now, the only rumors swirling around the alleged Atlanta housewife's love life involved a married man named Big Poppa. We contacted Young for comment, but we don't blame her if she just ignores the question. In the meantime, we did speak with a credible source who tells us that when Young was in town for the Super Bowl, Zolciak flew in from Atlanta and stayed with her. "Yes, they are suppsedly sleeping together, but everyone knows that Kim is just using Tracy for many things--among them, remixing that horrible song into something tolerable. Kim is a classic, 'What can you for me?', 'What can I get out of you?' kind of girl. The kind of blond bimbo that gives all other self respecting blond bimbos a bad name."

Governor Crist's economic stimulus plan hits Bloomingdale's

Spotted today shopping with wife Carole Rome in the ladies' department at Bloomingdale's Aventura: Governor Charlie Crist, who didn't seem too thrilled when we snapped this photo of him. We wonder why. After all, his wife was doing some serious damage in the store which is good for our state's economy right? Ahem.  After finishing their spree, security held the goods while the couple walked out holding hands. Aw, cute. It's nice to see the governor working hard on a Wednesday afternoon.  

Mayoral Visit to Halo

There was a big mayoral summit in Miami this week and while some wined and dined at places like Prime Blue Grille, others hit Halo, the Lincoln Road gay bar. Take Washington, D.C. mayor Adrian Fenty, for example, who, according to our spies hit Halo Friday night. "He sat in  the corner, had a drink," says our spy. "As he came out of the car with two  bodyguards, his guide asked, 'Should he put on  his suit jacket?' to which someone replied, 'No, this is a bar.' He came in, sat in the corner and stayed for 40 minutes. As he was leaving he was recognized and greeted everyone  cordially. He shook hands, greeted everyone and then left." Random, huh?

Oops! Roberto Cavalli and His Vodka Out J-Lo!

Designer cum distiller Roberto Cavalli let slip what we've all suspected for months now when People Mag asked him the type of clothing he designs for his celeb clients, to which he accidentally replied, "Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby. It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger." Perhaps this slip of the tongue was due to the fact that the designer was celebrating his eponymous vodka at the time of the interview, or maybe "the  baby" just Cavalli's way of signaling the IPhone to dial 1-800-Jenny--as in Craig, not Lopez. Fess up, already, J-Lo!

Didn't Get To See Ricky Martin?

You can always catch Ricky Martin at one of several South Beach Starbucks, or even our favorite Chinese/sushi spot, Yummy, across from Epicure. And if you didn't get tickets to his final performance tonight at the Fillmore, the bon bon shaker is said to appear at the 944 Magazine homage to the new Fillmore tonight at the Paris Theater. If Martin doesn't show for whatever reason, you can always ogle at the Irene Marie models, who will participate in a live fashion shoot, or shake your own bon bons to the tune of DJ Joe Dert, Paris Hilton's best friend. Party starts at 10:30 pm and yes, there's a guest list, so go at your own risk.

Livin La Vida Local

Ricky Martin was seen partying with a group of friends Saturday night at Love Hate Lounge. Martin happily signed autographs and posed for pix--except for one. "I even told him I bought tickets to his concert next month and he still wouldn't allow me to take a picture with him. That aside, he was really nice." Said another onlooker, "He looked really fit and has to be the most approachable celebrity in town." 

Lance and Lehmkuhl Sittin in a Suite

After hitting Skybar, Lance Bass and beau Reichen Lehmkuhl hit Suite, where they were, according to spies, "All over each other until the wee hours of the morning." A more timid Bass watched his beau dance alongside the Suite girls while sipping a Heineken. Bass wasn't that timid, according to another source, who told us that Bass was getting "very frisky with his boyfriend." Lance and Lover Swoon at Skybar

The openly gay Lance--Bass, of course, and boyfriend Reichen Lemhukul, were seen at Skybar last night hangin' out and stuff. No word on whether Reichen's ex, CARE Resource's Chip Arndt, was part of the festivities.
