Closing out her nationwide club tour at Mansion (who knew she still "performed"?) next Saturday night is none other than Ashlee Simpson, who will perform three songs off her new album. Mansion people say she will sing "live," but for anyone who saw Britney Spears there last year, we know the club is more than well equipped for some serious lip synching. Maybe Jermaine Dupri, who will take to the turntables at Mansion the night before Simpson's "show," can set up a few tracks for her?

Rodmania, Scott Weiland and A-Rod at Mansion
Dennis Rodman will be doing hosting duties at Mansion tonight, but celebs are storming South Beach this weekend for the Bay Point Schools fundraiser at The Ritz Carlton on Saturday. Velvet Revolver and Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland will be at the Ritz event Saturday night and on Friday, he'll hold court at Mansion for their We Rock Hop Hop Party. Following the Bay Point event Saturday, Weiland will move the party to SET, where he will hold court in the VIP Trophy Room while hobnobbing with the winner of Saturday's auction, which will raffle off a VIP table at SET next to the rocker. Bay Point co-host Alex Rodriguez will also host the official gala afterparty at Mansion on Saturday night.

Mansion Goes North to The Big Apple
The rumors are true. Opium Group mogul Eric Milon is partnering with NYC impressario Mark Baker of Lotus fame "To open a distinctly NYC version of Mansion in the Big Apple in the space formerly known as Crobar," confirmed Opium Group's spokeswoman Vanessa Menkes, who added, "Expect to see none of crobar's former life in the new design." Apparently Mansion NYC will look nothing like the Miami version and will sport a cozy ultra lounge look and feel with the usual trappings of the glamorous life.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians
Kim Kardashian's Ciroc & Tanqueray New Years Eve party at Mansion was a family affair, as sisters Khloe and Kourtney joined in the celebration as did little brother Robert Jr, who brought along new girlfriend of one month, Adrienne Bailon of The Cheetah Girls. Also on hand was Kim's beau Reggie Bush. The party arrived together and insisted they get a family photo taken together on the red carpet. Kim gushed that the best part of '07 has berm spending time with her family and that she's enjoying her last hurrah in Miami prior to shooting season 2 of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." After counting down to midnight, Kim, who was wearing a booty-hugging Just Cavalli dress, danced to a mix of Madonna, Jay-z and Daft Punk with her man Reggie until 3 a.m. And contrary to some reports, Kim Kardashian tells our source she did not get engaged to the 22-year-old Bush. Said Kim, "It's not true, I never said that! It's total b.s."

Forget Dick In A Box: The Dyslexic Speedreaders Are Heading to Mansion
LA performance artist slash rapper Mickey Avalon and his band, the Dyslexic Speedreaders are playing live at Mansion Friday. For those unfamiliar with the band, they're obsessed with their male genitalia, have a cult fave called My Dick, and, well, just read their own description from their MySpace page, which says, "What happens when 2 Hollywood rappers team up with a cracker from Oakland? Ghetto beats and gnarly rhymes slap you in the face..... Andre Legacy, Mickey Avalon, and Dirt Nasty combine to make the best rap crew in the continental U.S. (including Hawaii and Puerto Rico). They met 4 years ago and decided to give back to the hip hop community (being that hip hop died in the early nineties). Dyslexic Speedreaders tackle issues like child molestation, the cocaine epidemic, Hollywood nightlife, and attempting to suck their own dicks." Sounds like a show that's not to be missed!

Mansion Family
On Friday night at Mansion, Annabelle Jones, NYC deb and sister of Mansion owner Roman Jones, celebrated her 21st birthday. Also there, Eve and Scott Storch. On Saturday, Tommy Lee DJ-ed Michael Capponi's Saturday night soiree. According to spies, Lee was sipping Cristal straight out of the bottle while stripping off clothes until he was typically shirtless at the turntables where he spun until 3:30am.

Kid Rock vs. Tommy Lee or Cameo vs. Mansion?
So Cameo's got Kid Rock tomorrow night and, interestingly, on October 27, Mansion has his arch nemesis, Tommy Lee, who, along with DJ Aero, will present a live audio and visual set with "dirty electro house music." We'd rather see a boxing match between the two, along with a pre-match with Cameo's bigwigs vs. Mansion's.

LA outdid Miami in a big way last night at Mansion when LA Lakers player Lamar Odom and his diamond encrusted posse of about 20, who according to our well placed spy, "upstaged Shaq, Diddy's Making The Band bad boy Choppa, and a handful of hip hop wanna be's by dropping about $40,000.00 on top shelf bubbly---to the tune of
about 50+ bottles," while taking in the very late night sounds of Ne Yo (who made his own rounds between The Forge, Glass and Nikki Beach Sunday night) and Fabolous. "By the looks of things, one more round of sparkler-emblazoned champagne bottles would have warranted a visit by the Miami Beach Fire Marshall," our spy marvels.
