Justin Bieber was seen checking in Tuesday The Villa Casa Casuarina (formerly the Versace Mansion) before heading to WALL where he gave a surprise performance. Bieber left that club with fifty--yep, 50 people-- and brought them back with him, partying until 8 a.m. Wednesday. The Biebs lounged it off all day at the pool before heading to sceney steakhouse Prime 112 for lunch around 3:30 p.m. A waiter said Bieber "seemed to be intoxicated, most likely from the night before." Ya think? Following lunch he went back to Casa Casuarina to nap before hitting LIV Nightclub, where he showed up just after midnight and spent the majority of the evening singing along to his songs and dancing to them from the DJ booth.

The do-over of The Real Housewives of Miami is readying for its close-up, premiering at 10 p.m. on September 13. From what we've heard and what we can see in the video preview above, this retooled version is not without its drama, scandal, famewhores, hangers-on and cat fighting. And not that he'd say otherwise, Andy Cohen said on Twitter that the first episode is "spectacular." Insert grains of salt here. But we kind of may believe him this time if just for the descriptions of some of the new cast members alone.
You can read the bios for each of the cast members by clicking here, but some of our favorite lines from said bios include: "This 29-year-old beauty made three appearances in Playboy magazine and can often be found shopping, lounging, and hanging out with her maid and best friend Daisy" (Lisa Hochstein); "Dr. Karent Sierra is Miami’s No. 1 celebrity dentist;" "Ana Quincoces is a straight-shooting Cuban dynamo who tells it like it is;" "From photo shoots with Marc Anthony to luncheons with President Obama, Alexia and her husband, Herman, are the real deal when it comes to the “Who's Who” in Miami;" and "Adriana DeMoura is best known as the Brazilian Bombshell of the Miami art scene."
There is so much fun to be had with all of this, but our favorite of the faves has to be "No. 1 celebrity dentist." A Root Canal Rock Star! And though neither are "official" cast members, it's evident that Elsa Patton and James Davis aka drag queen Elaine Lancaster will play prominent roles as chum for drama in the second season. We personally can't wait for this show even if its official description is "an inside look into the aspirational lives of seven women as they juggle family, work, and a spicy social scene in the hottest city in the world." Where else would a "celebrity dentist" live? Have at it, commenters.
There are no real estate woes for the 1 percent. According to Kevin Tomlinson's South Beach Condos Blog, three North Bay Road homes were sold for $19.6 million to 37-year-old Ohio coal mining heir Wayne Boich, Jr., who plans to knock down all three homes and build one big billionaire bachelor pad. Boich's ICON South Beach penthouse is currently under contract for somewhere in the market of $21 million, closing allegedly on September 1. Boich is CEO of the eponymous Columbus-based Boich Group of Companies, which in 2008 teamed up with Ohio utility company FirstEnergy to buy the Signal Peak Coal Mine near Billings, Montana to create Signal Peak Energy. The company is also a big donor in political circles, too, especially to Speaker of the House John Boehner, a big supporter of clean coal efforts.
From clean coal to down and dirty partying, Boich, a LIV-fixture, is best known locally for dating Tara Reid many moons ago, and for his big, star studded birthday bashes, his latest featuring DJ Avicii spinning at his penthouse. His website describes him as "a man with vision, who has a deep concern for the community, society and the environment. These combined factors make him a powerful and articulate business man."
Incidentally, one of the homes he bought used to belong to former singer, beauty queen, Florida citrus spokesperson and anti-gay advocate Anita Bryant and then husband, late Miami DJ Bob Green back in 1982.
Update: So much for the billionaire bachelor pad. Congrats go out to Boich, who, last week announced his engagement to 29-year-old Cynthia Marin. The couple, who met in Spain over two years ago, will marry next year and move into that big ol' house they're building together. Mazel tov and move on, golddiggers.

Less may indeed be more for Celebrity Apprentice wanna-be slash 'singer' Aubrey O'Day, who celebrated July 4th at the Perry South Beach rooftop pool where you will likely catch her looking for photo ops throughout the entire weekend. The loud mouthed O'Day isn't quite known for making any best dressed lists, which is why this Independence Day getup is surprisingly subtle and, dare we say stylish, all things considering:
