Your exhaustive guide to Super Bowl parties you can and can't get into

As more events are announced, this post will be updated so keep checking back for the latest information. And one word of caution, just because celebs have been "invited" doesn't mean they will show. In fact, we're still waiting for an RSVP to our dinner party in 2003 from Brad Pitt. And take every list with a grain of salt or a sense of humor--for instance, while Drew Rosenhaus may be a super agent, he does not have the power to get Plaxico Burress released from his two year prison sentence to attend his party.

Man v. Food Tailgate Party The Travel Channel show is filming live in Miami and need an audience to cheer on its champion eater Adam Richman. Sparkstown Teddy Bear Picnic, 5pm at Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach, Miami Beach. American Idol redux with performances by Jordin Sparks and David Archuleta. Guests are part of a service project involving teddy bears that Archuleta and Sparks will deliver to a local hosptital and SOS Children's Villages in Florida and Haiti. The Eats Beats Cleats Gridiron Festival on Lincoln Road, South Beach. A four-day event plenty of opportunities to mix and mingle with current and former NFL all-stars including Barry Sanders, Michael Irvin, Gayle Sayers, Roger Staubach and Dick Butkus. The four day festival takes place on Lincoln Road, which will be transformed into one big tailgate party with fan experiences from autograph signings to fashion shows and Dancing With the NFL Stars. Also part of the festivities is the Gridiron Greats Night of Championships at The Fillmore hosted by Mike Ditka and featuring Jamie Foxx, along with over 75 NFL legends and hall of famers in attendance. The event culminates with the Ultimate Tailgate Party taking place on Lincoln Road before the big game, whoever may be playing. Proceeds benefit The Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund.  Tickets range from $350 and $525 to a day pass for $85. Expected: Rosenhaus and his roster of NFL players including Tommie Harris, Plaxico Burress (um, hello, isn't he in prison?), Chad Ochocinco, Willis McGahee, Santana Moss, Terrell Owens, Kellen Winslow Jr, Jeremy Shockey, Zach Thomas, Frank Gore, DeSean Jackson and Lance Briggs.
