A nip, a tuck and a lift: Miami surgeon 1, pinup 0

Good news for Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Lenny Hochstein. The $564,555 default judgement awarded to former patient and centerfold Monica Hansen in July for unlawful usage of her image on his website, was lifted in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday. But it's not over yet: Hochstein's team filed a motion for the case to be moved to Florida because that's where Hochstein practices and that's where he performed all those tweaks on Hansen, who also used to live in Miami. Team Hochstein expects for the motion to be granted and in the meantime, according to a statement, "Dr. Hochstein is pleased with the outcome of today's hearing. He believes now that he will be able to defend himself and tell his side of the story. The truth about Monica Hansen will come out that she is a person whose morals are questionable at best and also a liar."  Morals, it seems, were the only things the plastic surgeon wasn't able to enhance.

Dr Hochstein and his staff are professional and beyond reproach. I have known him a long time. His work is flawless and women flock to him--including opportunist like this awful Monica Hansen. She is a liar, cheat and it will all come out in the wash.

Dr Hochstein is the kindest man, and an truly amazing surgeon, what has come to our society when someone tries to sue someone who helped them? isnt lying in court against the law? . This should be a news flash to anyone working with models like this. They can be shady and greedy not to mention turn on you at any moment! be cautious!!

I am a mother a 4 children my youngest is 6 mos old, and am need of a makeover. I also live all the way in San Francisco. I have seen several plastic surgeons and have decided to fly across the country to have my surgery done by
Dr. Hochstein. I am putting my life in
Dr. Hochstein's care as I have high blood pressure and have chosen him to do my surgery. After all the research and consultations with other surgeons, Why would I fly across the country to have my surgery done? because he is HONEST and he will not try to sell you a procedure you clearly do not need, unlike the other plastic surgeons I have consulted with. Especially in this economy Plastic surgeons are trying to sell you on procedures you do not need. Dr.Hochstein is not just an Honest doctor who will tell you like it is he is an artist.
