Things just got real between former Real Housewives of Miami cast member Joanna Krupa and current Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Celebrity Apprentice star Brandi Glanville, who had some unsavory words to say about Krupa and her personal hygiene, among other things. The following letter was sent directly to Glanville via Raymond Rafool, Krupa's attorney, who explains that the letter serves as notice of Krupa's and husband Romain Zago's intent to sue the outspoken Glanville for libel, slander and defamation. Read at your own risks and preferably not on a full stomach.

It's deja vu for at least two of the "cast members" of Bravo's upcoming "reality" show, Miami Social--after all, realtor Katrina Campins was a contestant on Donald Trump's inaugural season of The Apprentice, and Opium Group's Hardy Hill was on the second season of Big Brother, proving you can take some folks off a reality show, but you can't take the reality show off of them. That said, those were game shows, and as far as we know, the only competition in Miami Social is the race to be anointed 'the big break out star'. Apparently there's huge advanced buzz for one of them--socialite Ariel Stein, whose Bravo bio calls him "one of the key players in the Miami nightlife scene." Others on the show, which Bravo hilariously describes as an expansion of its arts and culture slate, are new to the genre, and it will be fascinating to see who fares well and who doesn't. According to the official website, Miami Social "explores the lives of a group of hot, young professionals--corporate types by day and party animals by night . . . who are some of the most connected and interesting young professionals in South Beach, as they go from the city's night life, to the board room, to magazine offices where they lead their intertwined lives." How's that for Keeping Up With the Kardashians?

An unnamed NBA wife is incensed by Gabrielle Union, not because she allegedly broke up the marriage between Dwyane Wade and his high school sweetheart, but because now, Gabby's supposedly been making the moves on her man. As for the Wade and Union, uh, union, she doesn't get that either, writing "He seems to not know any better. I can understand that he is newly single and is m ore than likely exploring his options. But to hear he has assumed Gabrielle as his girlfriend disappoints me. I have met Dwyane a few times and he seems like a true gentleman, someone with traditional values." As for Union, well, "Gabrielle has now gone too far. She has now approached MY husband . . . When will this woman stop? She seems to have Dwyane fooled so why not continue to fool him and leave other women's men alone?"

Former South Beach club kid Chris Paciello (not his real name) was in a Los Angeles court last Friday, but it's not what you think. According to website Perezrevenge.com, Paciello was fighting owners of LA restaurant Murano for the payback of a $400,000 loan. What we want to know is where he even got 400 grand in the first place? Anyway, they refused to pay him back, got shady on him, and in a reversal of fortune, sued him, thinking he'd give in and let 'em have it--er, the money, that is. Rather than taking matters into his own hands as he was once known to do, Paciello did the Kosher thing hired a lawyer. Meanwhile, the website reports that Paciello has been running two pizzerias--one in West Hollywood and the other in Beverly Hills. So far, Sean Penn and Mickey Rourke have eaten there and, as far as we know, the only mobs Paciello runs with these days are those lining up for a slice of his pizza.

Strangely after we revealed the address of the Kardashian sisters' Washington Avenue boutique Dash, the store was tagged with what sister Kourtney described on her website as gang related graffiti. "The damage is pretty bad ,but they are painting over it now," she writes on her blog. "No one was targeting the store or Kim, Khloe and myself, specifically." Or so she thinks. Perhaps the Jonas Brothers are planning to open a boutique nearby and felt threatened by the competition or maybe the "vandalism" was a dramatic and artistic device concocted by the set designer and producer of Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami to drum up biz and ratings? If it isn't a ratings ploy, it's not a very nice Miami welcome for the girls, now, is it? We'll know if we've all been duped when some of that same graffiti starts appearing on Dash threads.

This is a picture of Franksy, Coldplay's tour manager, as seen on Twitter, where someone from the band tweeted the following: This is Franksy, our tour manager... He is just checking us out of the beautiful Delano hotel in Miami... Love how they made time to tweet while checking out of the hotel. Wonder where Mrs. Chris Martin, a.k.a. Gwyneth Paltrow, was during the checkout process and we wish we could read whatever Franksy is reading--a bill? A rider? Gwynnie's receipt from dinner with Jeff Soffer at Scarpetta? Just kidding.
For all those who have inquired, the troika of Kardashian sisters---Kim, Kourtney and Khloe--will be at The Clevelander on Wednesday night (to be continued into the wee hours at LIV) for the launch party of their new boutique, Dash Miami (815 Washington Ave.), which will sell, according to a press release, "summer essentials and chic beach cover ups." Cover ups! Sort of ironic if you think about it--the most ubiquitous reality dolls out there, some more, uh, visible and prominent than others, hawking garments to hide stuff! Ha! We think we finally figured it all out and love the Kardashian sisters. Genius.
Update: Despite the unfortunate graffiti incident at the store (see above), the party will go on at The Clevelander and we got hold of the following Facebook email, which, according to our Kardashian insiders, is completely not legit. "It must be from some insane Miami promoter," laughed an official Kardashian mouthpiece. So if you got one of these, don't believe the hype.

While Gwyneth Paltrow was at the Delano like a lady in waiting while hubby Chris Martin did his music thing, all sorts of musical mayhem ensued over at The Shore Club, where the simply titled Band from TV turned the hipster hotel into a rockin' frat party of sorts, only at this party it seemed like the band had more fun than the audience. That said, it was all good fun and for good, charitable causes. Led by a very, uh, lively Teri Hatcher (backed by hearty doses of Tequila, according to our roadie spies), The Band from TV was not unlike a very lively Bar Mitzvah band with Heroes stars Adrian Pasdar (guitar) and Greg Grunberg (drums), House's resident Aussie and fine fiddler Jesse Spencer, Hatcher's Desperate Housewives costar James Denton, The Bachelor's Bob Guiny (vocals), who really seemed to be digging this gig, possibly practicing for a future stint on American Idol, and special guest vocalist and alleged Spencer galpal Louise Griffiths, actress and former pop tart and member of the all girl band Orchid. Words can't really do this experience the proper justice--or lack thereof, so check out the video of their splashy finale here. Spoiler alert: Hatcher jumps into the pool (fast forward to 4:38) at the end and increases her body weight from one to two ounces. The band was all over the dial, covering tunes by Charlie Daniels, Pink, John Mellencamp, Kid Rock and even the soundtrack from O Brother Where Art Thou. And although it goes without saying, none of the TV stars, with perhaps the exception of Spencer and his fine fiddlin', should quit their day jobs. Ever. And to that point, we will never quit ours and become a director or videographer. Watch the following Blair Witch Project meets Band from TV video at your own risk:

High School Musical starlet Ashley Tisdale was in Miami yesterday, visiting with fans and signing autographs. Before that she was spotted at RA Sushi in Pembroke Pines of all places, dining out with pals--one girl and two boys. Nothing crazy there--a few rolls, a few Sapporos and Voss water. Total was $104. Very wholesome. For those die hard fans who care about these things, we have her check--and the last four digits of her (or Disney's) AmEx card and will be putting it on EBay post haste.
