Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson rang in 2009 at Mansion’s SoBe Lifewater New Years Eve party with a family affair, bringing in the New Year in the company of relatives on both sides – Lohan’s brother Michael, Ronson’s sister Charlotte and step-brothers Chris and Roman Jones. Sporting a shiny sequined dress, Lohan counted down to '09 in the DJ booth with Ronson, who was manning the turntables as each took a turn shouting a number and then hugging and whispering in each other's ears as Auld Lang Syne played. The duo kept up their increasingly tiresome giddy schoolgirl act, ducking under the DJ booth for a secret moment as midnight struck away from the glare of the cameras. As soon as Ronson resumed her DJ duties, Lohan continued to party with the posse, and both of them, of course, paused often to text each and other and steal glances throughout the night. When asked what her New Year's resolution was Lohan said, “I don’t like resolutions, all I can say is that I want happiness and positivity for everyone.” The pair left together around 2 a.m. and headed back to their hotel, The Gansevoort, where thus far we haven't heard of any smackdown arguments between the two. Yet.

Not sure why, but you seem to start out with bile in your mouth whenever you write about this pair, and then try to find a reason to justify it.... when they behave perfectly well, you can only dream of future fights. Who's the schoolgirl?
