Big score for former Miami club kingpin Chris Paciello, who, according to TMZ, will not be prosecuted for an August throwdown in LA. Paciello and Villa owner Reza Roohi spent a night behind bars after allegedly beating a guy to a pulp with hands and automobile. Although a video camera caught the battering, Paciello and pal won't be prosecuted because the video shows the victim wielding a knife.
