Tied with Matt Damon for the most random celeb sighting of the week, one of ours spies had lunch yesterday at Arnie and Richie's Deli on 41st Street next to---Justin Timberlake. Says the spy, "He was there with two guys and posed for a picture with the owner." Reuben sandwiches---now that's what we call bringing sexy back.
