Paris Hilton's not only a hero, she's a recycler! After going through a few rolls of boytoys, she's now back with old flame Stavros Niarchos. The two reunited in Miami last weekend when she was here hawking her new scent. But sources tell us that Niarchos didn't come to Miami for Hilton. "He was heading down there with friends and had no plans to see her." However, sources tell us that Hilton's motivation for coming to Miami was less about Can Can and more about Want Want, knowing Niarchos would be here. "She really likes him," says someone closer than they should be to Hilton. "He's the only guy who she'll always have feelings for." The on again (for now) couple was spotted kissing and holding hands at Mokai Thursday night--and then seen entering the Versace mansion together at 4am.
