Britney Spears lip synched her way out of Mansion around midnight last night and was whisked back to the Four Seasons on Brickell, where she changed into a multi-colored skimpy top and fedora and ended up at the Raleigh. It was there where she stripped down to a bikini and recognized DJ Tracy Young, who DJ-ed the pop tart's 21st birthday. After a brief conversation, Young pulled out an envelope from her purse and, according to spies, gave it to Spears, saying "This was original music made for you." Spears thanked Young for her continued support and left at 2:30am for SET, where she partied in the VIP room until 5am. Meanwhile, police ticketed Spears's limo for illegal parking. We're sure that's the least of her violations from last night. On another note, among the requests Brit made from Mansion last night: a corset from the always classy Frederick's of Hollywood, a vanilla candle and cookies.
