Who's Cruising Into the Mondrian?

We hear a major Hollywood family of five may be moving into the Mondrian South Beach whenever it's done. When we asked developer Keith Menin if it was the Jackson Five he told us, "No, much better." Speculation surrounded Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes---between Suri and Cruises's two kids with Nicole Kidman, it totals five. But the Cruises, according to one observant source, "seem more like a fortress type" than a trendy high rise condo hotel type. Could it be Ashton and Demi, along with her three girls who would fit right in on the South Beach circuit? Or could it be just a bunch of hype? We're betting on the latter, but these days, nothing would shock us.
