After carousing on South Beach all weekend, celebrating Richie Rich's birthday at Cameo and whatnot, you'd think Nicky Hilton would have wanted to straighten out her affairs and continue with her plans to open her hotel here. Not so much. Multiple sources confirm to us that Hilton's Ocean Drive hotel project, Nicky O, is no longer moving forward. We actually think that's a very wise decision and congratulate whoever came to their senses on that one.
