Poor Nicky Hilton. Her key to the City of Miami Beach has been revoked until Spring 07, when her Nicky O hotel is slated to open. The city thought it more appropriate to wait until she actually owns something here before giving her the token that's symbolic of nothing, really, other than a little pomp and circumstance.
