Nicky Hilton is getting the key to the City of Miami Beach on Monday, December 4th. The key is being presented for her efforts in revitalizing Ocean Drive with her new hotel condos and for her involvement in worthwhile causes benefiting the community. Among those expected at the ceremony- sister Paris, parents Ricky and Kathy, Robert Downey, Jr., Julia Kova ( Miss Russia), Scott Storch, and Brandon Davis.
