Rumor has it that Nicky Hilton, the less offensive sister of Paris, plans to open up her very own hotel at 10th Street and Ocean Drive on South Beach. Like, wow! But guess who her interior designer is said to be? Not sissy Paree, but, rather, the late Nicole Brown Simpson's BFF, Faye Resnick. The motley two were spotted at Social Miami over the weekend discussing plans. Be afraid.

It will replace the previous Hotel Breakwater and Hotel Edison.
South Beach is still and will continue to be the hot place to be. Great.
