TMZ reports that ARod has left the building--that is, his 9 bedroom, 11 bathroom Miami Beach manse, which he just sold for $30 million. Though the Yankee slugger took an $8 million pay cut in the price of the home, originally listed at $38 mil, he bought it in 2010 for $7.4 million, raking in a pretty impressive profit nonetheless. The buyer, TMZ says, is a Palm Beach celeb. Rush Limbaugh? Rod Stewart? G-d forbid Donald Trump? No one knows--yet. Says our real estate mole, "It's a couple from Palm Beach." The home is not so far from Matt Damon's, which is currently on the market for the bargain basement price of $20 million. True high rollers, however, may want to consider the Versace mansion, which just dropped its asking price today from $100 million to $75 million.

Wilma truly blew
Power, water, showers, who needs 'em? Just hit Lincoln Road at night, before curfew preferably, and you'll be amongst what seems like hundreds of skanky storm survivors looking for a little action. Last night on Lincoln was a mob scene with a few places open--David's Cafe, the ice cream joint, Spris, , the cute little muscles place, Tiramesu, World Resources and, of course, Score.
Without lights, it didnt matter how vile you looked, really. In the meantime, while all of this week's woulda been fabby events have been cancelled or postponned, we just spoke to Alan Roth, sheltering at partner Tommy Pooch's place, and he says the Bimbos and Muscleheads party on Sunday at The Raleigh is still on. So far it's the only one that's still on and frankly we can't wait to don our Hello Kitty pajamas and see if they'll let us in.

Paved Paradise and put up a big ass pink hotel
Kerzner International CEO Butch Kerzner kicked off a weekend of events in honor of his father Sol Kerzner's 70th birthday at the family's Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas last weekend. The weekend began with a tribute to Patti LaBelle and friends including Nelly, Kelly Rowland, (in a short baby doll Armani with legs that rivaled Tina Turner) Ashanti and Michael McDonald.
The highlight of the evening was a rare reunion with original Labelle group members Nona Hendryx and Sarah Dash to sing their 70s classic 'Lady Marmalade. Comedian Jimmy Fallon did a great riff on Michael McDonald's "Keep Forgetting We're Not in Love Anymore". Labelle closed the night with a kiss off to Def Jam records, her label that recently dropped her by saying, "they must be deaf if they don't hear me".
Other guests spotted at Atlantis: Ivana Trump, Denise Rich; Evander Holyfield, Denzel Washington and wife Paulette, Emilio Estefan, Chaka Khan, Lionel Ritchie and Gloria Gaynor.

Streak out
After attending the opening of the World Exotic Art Museum last Saturday, Ocean Drive photographer and Dr. Phil star Seth Browarnik was inspired to streak while hanging out at Onda South Beach. He started in the office, stripped down to his birthday suit and raced through the very crowded VIP room and onto the main room naked as a jay bird. One of the bartenders commented, "there's a skinny white kid running around here naked." After his triumphant tour as a streaker, Browarnik decided to go for a second victory lap but the shocked bouncers prohibited him. Look what Dr. Phil does to people.

In Touch with his inner party boy...
Miami party people may be in need of a Xanex or Valium after hearing this news...Irving Padron and Carlos Justo, the realtors behind Sol Sotheby's Realty, have hired hyper active crazy media boy and Deco Drive correspondent Michael Cohen as their entertainment consultant giving him exclusive access to their ultra luxury real estate catalogue in Miami and a green light to throw some chic bashes that will promote their multi-million dollar manses to prospective buyers. "I just think certain bars and clubs are so tired and events have gotten boring and predictable," Cohen says. "The backyards of these homes are great canvases for those that really know how to throw an event. Not to mention, they are exclusive." But don't worry, the SOL properties still speak to the masses. The TLC cable channel is syndicating the "Million Dollar Agents" show in Britain, France, Italy, Spain and Latin America. The big kick off is November 6th in London for the U.K. which will run for six weeks so those pale Brits get catch a glimpse of the sun shined rich.

Got Stones?
In town last week for their sold out show at the American Airlines Arena, the Rolling Stones stayed at the Four Seasons on Brickell. According to our spy there, the band members had normal requests--sort of. Only organic foods and organic milk--in addition to Cadbury Chocolate, Dulce de Leche Haagen Dazs and, of course Jack Daniels and vodka. Keith Richards asked specifically for a room service tray to be put in his room so he could put whatever he needed on it and cart it around in his suite. Richards had one of the largest in the hotel at 2,000 square feet. Rock 'n' roll!

Barking mad
Lisa Pliner, wife of shoe king Donald, had a hissy fit when she was dining at Sushi Siam on Lincoln Road with frequent Pliner model , Baby Doll Pliner, the family Maltese. Lisa ordered a salmon plate just for the dog and when a waiter caught the pampered pooch eating off the plate, he went ballistic and took the plate away screaming that dogs do not eat off plates. Lisa paid her check and left, but don't expect the Pliners to shoe up at Sushi Siam ever again. We promise you they won't.
