G2: Heat 115, Bulls 78. Champs strike back!; plus bizarre story behind Middle-Finger Lady, Lil Wayne, Dolphin threats, Charles Ramsey song & more

1) It is THURSDAY, MAY 9. The national group, People Who Feel Sorry For Jodi Arias, will be meeting tonight in that phone booth over there. Plenty of room. 2) Marlins closing off upper deck for some games to make crowds seem bigger. What a major inconvenience for the six fans who've been sitting up there! 3) In The Previous Blogpost (ITPB): Heat's Game 1 loss, Derrick Rose poll, the non-LeBron voter, Serena 'n Sloane, baseball awards odds. 4) Join us on Twitter @agregcote.

Click on Sense Of Order Restored for my column off last night's Heat's series-evening Game 2 rout.

1aa1jkpicWell I reckon this here photo from Wednesday's Game 2 pretty much shows how much Heat fans in general love Joakim Noah and how cute we think his adorable little hair-bun is!!!: (I can't be sure, but I think her middle finger might actually be lodged in Noah's right ear). Dear Joakim: We sure appreciative your constant sneering, whining and arm-flapping. We wish your hair-bun would catch on fire. Love, Miami.

[Postscript: Bizzare backstory to Middle-Finger Lady: She is Filomena Tobias, her daughter told the Sun-Sentinel today. Name ring a bell? Her wealthy husband Seth drowned in his Jupiter swimming poll in 2007. No foul-play was determined, but his four brothers sued Filomena in civil court claiming she drugged him and caused his drowning. The guy pictured with her fiance, the VP of an Atlanta wealth-management firm. The daughter said, "She's embarrassed [by the photo] but she's being a good sport. All she has to say is that people need to get a life." Here is The Herald's story].

1aa1midfingNews Mashup: What if the Heat's Middle-Finger Lady had been in Cleveland during Charles Ramsey's hero interview?: I believe this woman has found a possible new cottage industry as the Irate Lady who appears in all circumstances and situations angrily delivering da bird.

1aa1dwverWade strikes back in post-game attire: LeBron James had the crazy interview-session garb after Game 1, all floral and bird-y. Challenged, a sartorially splendid Dwyane Wade (pictured) struck back impressively last night with a shirt/light jacket combo that looked like it was the creation of Versace on hallucinogens.

G2: HEAT 115, BULLS 78; MIAMI EVENS SERIES 1-1: LeBron James' 19 points and Ray Allen's 21 off bench lead six Heat players in double figures as Miami win by the biggest margin in club playoff history and deals Chicago its worst playoff defeat. Brutal game. Nine technical fouls and second each leading to ejections of Bulls Joakim Noah and Taj Gibson. Headed to the Midwest now at 1-1 as speculation continues to swirl about a dramatic Game 3 return by Derrick Rose. Column off tonight's game should be posted soon. Original post: You can 1aa1bullsheatpartly blame the rest/rust factor for Monday's 93-86 Game 1 Heat loss that featured clanky 39.7 percent shooting and unusually disjointed defense. Or you can simply target the fact that Heat 3-point specialists 1aa1bullg2Shane Battier, Ray Allen and Mike Miller were a combined 4-for-15 beyond the arc. If each hit just one more 3, Miami wins. But I look to other stats that must be corrected tonight in what, realistically if not literally, is a must-win for Miami. Chicago outrebounded the Heat 46-32; that gap must narrow. Four Bulls had more boards than Chris Bosh. Step up, Bosh! And this: Dwyane Wade took zero free throws Monday, and LeBron James took fewer than either Nate Robinson or Jimmy Butler. That must change. Miami can't rely on making 3's so much that it concedes the paint. The Heat need a manlier, more aggressive mindset on both ends of the floor. They'll have it tonight. I see Miami -- team and fans -- showing up a lot better than in Game 1. They'd sure as hell better.

1aa1bullwayneJust to be annoying, Heat nemesis Lil Wayne hops on Bulls bandwagon: As if Miami didn't have enough incentive tonight to even this playoff series after dropping Monday's opener? Rapper Lil Wayne hates the Heat and shows it at every turn, including boasting on-stage that he'd had relations with Chris Bosh's wife. Here Wayne is pictured celebrating with Bulls players after Game 1, courtesy Bulls guard Rip Hamilton, who posted the pic on Instagram. Wayne, referencing Nate Robinson's 24-point second half, also Tweeted, Nate the Great! Somebody show this photo to LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and maybe especially Bosh. They play better angry.

ON DOLPHINS' THREATS, ROSS' ODDLY TIMED PHILANTHROPY: What a strange time for the very top of the Dolphins organization in the wake of its stadium-renovations defeat in Tallahassee. Two quick thoughts. On the Dolphins' threats: Club president Mike Dee, asked about team's long-term future in 1aa1deerossMiami, said ominously, "I wouldn't want to prognosticate what the future holds but it is clearly bleak." Hmm. My friend Danny Webster tells me "bleak" means "without hope or encouragement, depressing, dreary..." Is that really how the franchise wishes to portay the state of the franchise? That's dumb, and unnecessarily upsetting to customers (a.k.a. fans). That attitude is mindful of the kid who didn't get his way so he threatened to take his ball and go home. It also sounds like a defeatist attitude. Time to be grownups about this, Dolphins. (Dee is pictured with owner Stephen Ross, their smiles belying the bleakness all around them). On Ross' oddly timed philanthropy: Comes word this week that Ross, 73, has joined the Warren Buffett/Bill Gates initiative in which the wealthiest of the wealthy pledge to donate at least half their money to charity over time or posthumously. It's a billionaires philanthropy club, a wonderful thing. Good for Ross. But the timing only underlines how well he can afford to pay for the desired stadium renovations himself. Ross is pledging to give away more than $2 billion when it would take only a fraction of that to refurbish his stadium to a Super Bowl-attracting, future-assuring shine. Maybe the smart, pragmatic billionaire businessman should consider that whatever money he did spend would come back to him in increased franchise value. That, in turn, would help ensure the club's long-term future here beyond Ross' eventual death -- something he claims he wants. Do what made you a billionaire, Mr. Ross: Get it done. Meantime, enough with the threats about leaving. South Florida deserves better.

HEAT'S SPOELSTRA SECOND IN COACH VOTE: NBA yesterday announced Denver's George Karl was its 2012-13 coach of the year, with Miami's Erik Spoelstra finishing second. Not a surprise.

1aa1charlesr"DEAAAD GIVEAWAY!" THE MARVELOUS CHARLES RAMSEY: Ramsey (pictured) is the Cleveland neighbor-turned-hero who this week rescued those three young women who'd been held captive for 10 years. The crime was horrific. But Ramsey's description of his role in the rescue is exceptional. It is entertaining, even funny. Click HERE to watch and listen. Ramsey colorfully references McDonald's, eating ribs, salsa music and "big testicles." He ends by saying, "I knew something was wrong when a pretty little white girl runs into a black man's arms. Dead giveaway. DEAAAD GIVEAWAY!" In a later interview, Anderson Cooper asked Ramsey if he wanted a reward and he said, "I get a paycheck. Give the reward to the rescued women." Charles Ramsey, you're my hero. McDonald's, give this man free cheeseburgers for life! (Yes: I am aware Ramsey is an imperfect soul reportedly with domestic-violence arrests in his past. No: It does not diminish his role in this matter, or the fab interview he gave). In the spirit of celebrating Ramsey's role in this -- not making light of the crime -- we present two alternate versions of the interview:

* Charles Ramsey interview remix: Songified. (Grade: A-plus)

* Charles Ramsey interview animated: Crazy Taiwanese Style. (Grade: B)

Poll results: Deeply divided on Derrick Rose drama: We asked, and 46.6 percent said the medically-cleared Bulls guard should be playing, but 45.2% supported his decision not to, and 8.2% were undecided.

UPDATED: MARLINS "SAD-O-METER" RETURNS! (UNFORTUNATELY): We have had this new blog feature we update as 1aa1bbsadlong as Marlins' winning percentage is under .300 -- as long as the New York Mets' infamous 1962 record of 40-120 (.250) is within reach. Well, the Sad-O-Meter disappeared for a little bit but three straight losses including yesterday's shutout in San Diego have brought it back. Updated Sad-O-Meter: Current record, 10-25 (.286). Season projection, 46.29 wins, 115.71 losses.

Click back. Will be updatingadding to this latest blogpost...

You go Weezy!

Dolphins really are mishandling this thing now Ross has no choice but to renovate the Stadium something he should have done in the first place.

He better do it.

Charles Ramsey is awesome he should get a reward and free cheeseburgers or Big Macs funny dude.

Spoelstra second in coach of the year voting but he isn't a good coach some think so it's easy handling all of those egos?

It's not it is a very difficult job that's what made the good coaches great.

A fraction of his wealth? A FRACTION? HOW ABOUT 25%, would you donate 25% of your wealth?

Robert Kraft did it and he's worth far less than Ross is so yes he should do it.

Poll results: Deeply divided on Derrick Rose drama: We asked, and 46.6 percent said the medically-cleared Bulls guard should be playing, but 45.2% supported his decision not to. The other 8.2% were undecided.

I don't believe he should be playing. It's his body doctors can tell you that your fine but he knows his body better than another else. Been in his situation before, should have done what he is doing now.

Nice job on that Ramsey mix.

Unfortunately, it can't be helped that our world moves this fast, and that someone immediately would be crafting some pop-culture piece of reference to what otherwise was some of the worst crimes any human can commit.

It speaks volumes to how nonchalant we've become.

Interesting take OC and some truth to it but Nancy Grace has that part covered the guy is funny as heck and has an innocence to him that makes him charismatic that's all I think.

Oh, I laughed my a** off when I heard it yesterday over the radio as I was driving. It's not about him at all, it's about us.

So Kaz the rest of us don't think for ourselves? You're the only one here who is not a lemming. My gawd Kaz you are one arrogant son-of-a-bitch.

OC of course it is a made up word and just more nonsensical left wing drivel. My use makes light of the it and Kaz's bullchit assertion that he is above it. I'm sure he would not be interested to know that I don't watch Fox. And I'm sure he will call me a liar for saying that just as he did when I revealed I have been in a number of athletic facilities in the SEC. But that's Kaz. He knows ffing everything. If I didn't know better I would think he's 14 or 15.

Since I can't think for myself what did I do this morning when the Republican Party called asking for money? Let's see...I told them I'm not giving them another ffing dime until they stop with the bullchit social issue nonsense. No more banging on gays. No more banging on immigrants. And stop with the nonsense of opposing background checks for gun purchases. WTF is that about? Oh yeah, NRA money.

Truth is I just wish they would outlaw guns. Oh by the way Kaz, Newtown was not preventable. The strictest gun control laws (banning all weapons) will only keep guns out of the hands of regular law abiding citizens. But you want to know something, those are the people who are killing each other with their guns (husbands shoot wives, vice versa, friends shoot friends, etc). The overwhelming majority of all gun related homicides are domestic (the perp and victim have some relationship and the homicide is not for monetary gain).

Yeah that Kaz is the only one who can think for himself. I'm sure I must have gotten the right wing position on all those above from the "politertainment media complex", right Kaz?

One last thing, if the Dolphins do not get a real LT Tannehill is dead....just sayin

Lil Wayne...lol funny guy

Heat in must win tonight. Bulls appear to be conceding second game to get healthy. Hopefully the Heat can stay healthy because as many teams have shown--one injury to your key top two players and you are done.

Steven Ross is no Joe Robbie....nuff said!

Tom good post but immigration remains a big problem in this country and our current policy stinks there is weak enforcement both on the state and federal level.

If guns are outlawed Tom only outlaws will have guns.

BB

Thanks. I agree on border security but you can't kick 12 million people out of this country which is what the far right of the Republican Party advocates. W was right on that issue and so is Obama. But I must be brainwashed by the media to believe any of that.

wait a minute guys !, so all these years I have been minipulated by the GOP and their propaganda machine???

chit, I must be dummer than I thought..

I don't have a high opinion of myself, I have a justifiably low opinion of the public and their biased perspectives and general understanding of any given issue. George Carlin said it best - think about how dumb the average person is and then realize that half of them are even dumber than that.

DO NOT like the idea of LeBron covering Nate Robinson - Cole and Chalmers need to step their games up.

LoL at Lil Wayne and the Bulls. They swear that they won the championship after 1 game. Especially their fans, you should read the ESPN boards. Hilarious stuff.

I hope the heat just win the next 4 and put those punks out of their misery

ROFLMAO...OMG....hahahahahahahahahhahahaahahahahahahahahahahhaaha.....damn that's funny!

Thank you Kaz that's the best laugh I have had in a very long time.

It's not just border security Tom we should be deporting more people than we do.

All 12 million? I agree we should do a better job of sending back criminals and such, but most of the 12 million here illegally are just normal working people. My grandmother was one of those illegals back in the 20s. In any event, we don't have the manpower or resources to do that job and even if we did kicking all those people out of the country would be the cause of another recession.

Not all 12 million but a heck of a lot more don't compare the 20's to 2013 the US is WAY more overpopulated we're a mess now due to the poor immigration policies of the last 50 years.

I agree guys,

one of our biggest issues is immigration..need's to get fixed "pronto"..I don't agree with the GOP there, my dude Rubio has some excellent ideas there (which Obi is trying to get credit for) it is time for a major reform, like Tom says most immigrants are decent hard working people trying to have a better life.

Hey Anti,

I have a job line-up for U, let me know when can you start..

http://news.yahoo.com/wanted-citizen-scientists-hunt-space-warp-galaxies-165404069.html

ok,ok,ok,

there are dumb stupid people AND THEN WE HAVE DUMMER, STUPIT-DER PEOPLE...check this out.

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/titus-young-raises-stupidity-bar-two-arrests-15-023900440.html

I would take Joe Robbie in his current state to be a better owner than that fool the Dolphins have now. How did that dumb ass get so rich? Every time he opens that grouper mouth of his, he sticks his foot in it.

I don't think Ross is a bad owner at all, the guy is trying to bring us a winner, some of you guys just don't have a clue.

Ugleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee lil Wayne better be more concerned with his lil seizures than worrying about a basketball series.I d be upset often too if I looked like him.GO HEAT.

If guns are outlawed Tom only outlaws will have guns.

Posted by: Big Baby | May 08, 2013 at 12:29 PM

I could not agree more and that would be a good thing because the overwhelming majority of gun-related deaths are not committed by "outlaws". They're committed in domestic related violence (friend on friend, spouse on spouse, etc). Guns make it too easy to kill.

Just my 2 cents.......

You've got to believe that "management" has concerns, otherwise, why were they so interested in pursuing Albert. The signing of Clabo signals that the two of them will compete for the LT job, with the one showing less promise ultimately being moved over to the right.

Regardless, and if there are no more trades, we can all pretty much assume that the "eye of Sauron" will be fixed on Martin all year long.

http://puckerclust.files.wordpress.com/2011/02/the-eye-of-sauron.jpg

no one should be allowed to own a gun, if you commit a crime using a gun then the penalty should be severe..I'm sure criminals and regular people would still commit murders/crimes but I think it would help.

Eggzactly my point OC. LT is too important a position to leave it occupied by someone not up to the task.

I gotta believe that the Dolphins and Chiefs are playing a bigtime game of chicken over the compensation for Albert. What is interesting about this is each is in a weak position with a gun to its head. The Chiefs gun is Albert's franchise tag price of almost $10 million and for the Dolphins the gun is Martin or Clabo at LT. Neither team wants those guns to go off.

In spite of all the talk out of KC that Branden Albert will be the Chiefs LT the fact of the matter is Albert still has NO long term deal in place.

http://www.arrowheadpride.com/2013/5/6/4304600/branden-albert-new-contract-kansas-city-chiefs

I believe a deal will get done because both teams need for a deal to be done. If it's a 2nd round pick, the Dolphins blinked, if it's a 3rd round pick the Chiefs blinked.

ooohh boy, here we go again,

OC, Are you trying to get old-Tom's blood pressure up again?..that's what it looks like to me.

right now J Martin IS OUR LT and he will do just fine, how do I know?..I don't know 100% (no one does) but I do know the guy has talent and he was rated as a first rounder coming out of college..now he is back to his natural position and he is getting stronger which is what he needed to do.

like I said, no worries...

you guys are forgetting that they may be other LT's available after June 1st...A bunch of veterans will be let go after that date.

the other thing is why not go into training camp with Martin to see how he looks?..there is still plenty of time, no need to panic.

FZB

Stop it pleweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze. Of the 80 tackles in the NFL who qualified to be ranked, Martin was ranked 76th. That's as in 76 out of 80. That's the BOTTOM 5%. That's in the HE SUCKS range.

Oh boy, Urban Beach Week. Not good.

Relajate Tom (that would be relax in gringo-neze),

all I'm saying is that Martin deserves a chance at LT, he does have the talent to play there since he did it in college, now I know this is the pros but my NFL amigo is convinced that he will do just fine there is given the opportunity.

FZ, did you read that Bleacher Report I linked? And after having read it, do you think Martin got sprinkled with pixy dust and was transformed overnight?

Ave Maria, que clase de monstruo, mi socio. Coño, me vengo, Papo. Si en ves de las regordetas que vienen con la chocha en llamas que no se le pueden meter mano ni con una camara de oxigeno puesta vinieran estas monumentos yo me prestaba pa' ser el embajador oficial del Urban Weekend, brother.

FZB, I love you as one heterosexual loves another not that there's anything wrong with the ah George Takei's of the world. But all this defending Of Jeffery and Boss Ross begz the question, are you on the payroll sir? If these mugz were really what you claim they are they would volunteer to personally take care of your Killer Bee problem in speedos... Oh yes if the Richey Riches decide to move the Finz the NFL should FORCE them to leave Dolphin Emblem, Franchise Tag & Heritage in SOUTH FLA WHERE IT FREAKIN BELONGZ. PERIOD.

Mr. Woodcock,

i can't decipher the above post, but urban weekend is two weeks away- plenty of time to book passage!! i am suburban and won't attend any of the festiviTEEEZ, but i'll let you let me know how things go. mabe they'll make charles ramsey the king mango- he certainly is king for a day!! like in rodney.couldn't figure out why a pretty lattle white girl would come running to a man of color!!! doesn't take too much study of anatomy to figure that one out, king charles.

FZB works for the DAAAFINS' PR department.

MARLIN DISINTEREST!!!!

the AM radio outlet isn't giving the marlins the afternoon slot and has relegated them to 104.3 FM, which is almost impossible to get in my home. day baseball- in all its wonder- and we have to go track it down on the FM. a real choice- dan le batard and john weiner vs. a ballgame (even the marlins/padres); says it all, to me, about interst in the team and the yokels down here gave the goniffs a stadium.

Translation of the post comment in reference to the beast that FZB was kind enough thank you to post on these pages.

Holly freaking sheet, FZ, if she cooks the way she walks I would even eat the leftovers. Brother, what a monument that woman is.......Something like that, it tends to lose a lot in the translation. But one thing is certain, words cannot describe how scrumptilidelicious that mama is.

Quite so I'm starting to think LouSanis lol. Time to get that thing to AAMCO and tightened up sir...

Dukes-Ter,

Thank U for the kind words, no I do not work for the PR department of the Dolphins ( but maybe I should) ...

Woody,..you're welcome buddy...yup, esa jeba es un mounstro...

Great news guys !!!! Doomsday came to the bees this afternoon, a moment of silent please.

FZB Ff the bees. They got what they deserved.

And what's this you don't work for the Fins.....my gawd please tell me you do this for money and that you're really not that......

sorry I couldn't help myself, about the bees that is.

What if the bees have friends or cousins that witnessed the " extermination" and they want revenge ?... Maybe I have to join the government " witness protection " program..hhmmm

Tom, LouSanis and Dukes-ter and all other infidels ( non believers ),

I look big picture, let's start with the big bee ( Ross ), has a rookie owner he made a ton of mistakes, celebrity owners, change the dolphins corny song, red carpet , made stupid comments, went after Harbaugh etc, but the guy is trying , he is not a cheap owner and doesn't get involved in football decisions, in my opinion, the guy has greatly improved as an owner.

Ireland/ Philbin combination- most people are ignorant to the fact Ireland has been in charge three years ( sorry Tom ) and him and Philbin make a good combination, it would be counter productive to fire Ireland now , the new GM will bring in his own people , Philbin will be let go and the whole thing will start all over again..

Change is good sometimes but not all the time gentlemen...

I'm ah like so happy Lil Wayne is happy cuz Da Bullz won a game. Makez life worth ah like ah living almost...

My my my Heat 74 Bullz 2 in third if I'm not mistaken. I sure feel upset and worried about how Lil Wayne feelz. I just hope he's ok...

I'm cannonballing off Sears Tower without a parachute if Lil Wayne isn't happy and sassy at gamez end...

Dukes-Ter,

Its safe to say the Heat are going to win this game...up by a country mile in the fourth..goodnight Loreta.

We Win Cause Of Talent Not Coaching!!

This Is The Most Talented Team In The NBA!!

The Heat really played with tenacity along with mental and physical toughness. A good show indeed. If Miami plays with this same type of mantra, they will be fine. But in the meantime, they go back to Chicago and have to try and take care of business there. It's not going to be easy but no one ever said it was going to be. Should Miami walk out with one win in CHI, it will be hard fought and earned. The key for the Heat is getting other guys like Mario Chalmers, Norris Cole, Shane Battier, Mike Miller, Birdman, Haslem, etc. involved heavily in this series. Ray Allen has been the best off the bench so far in these playoffs. Also, why can't Miami fans show up on time and stay until the very end? Do they not realize it makes us real fans look bad (and the city)? Come on Miami fans, you can do better and I've seen it.

Yah know after finally catching & blowing away Frog One I learned a few things about "H." I've seen that look in perps eyes before. I'm almost positive Lil Wayne is on smack in that picture...

Yup. What did I tell you...

Bulls will be embarrassed, the way they lost game 2 will make game 3 that much tougher for Miami.

Chicago did what they came to do and stole home court. They'll have all the confidence in the world going into game 3.

Won't matter.

Lil Wayne Is Standing Up In That Picture?

LeBron James could have won this game and put it away for the Heat. Instead, he comes into the second half and scores zero points. That's right, Zero. I have never, EVER, seen someone choke so hard tonight as I saw LeBron turn it off. He did the same thing in Cleveland. He quit on his team. Decided that he doesn't want to play in Miami anymore and it's now wasting his time. Fans, get ready. The Decision 2 will be coming to a television set near you.

I think he's sitting on one of the Bullz playaz dicks.

It All Depends On Coaching.

If The Heat Come Out Motivated I Don't Care Who Are The Other 5 On The Other Team. The Heat Should Come Out On Top.

I Wouldn't Mind Seeing The Heat Bench Vs The Starters. That Might Have Been A Better Game.

Spo Better At Least Win This Title To Get My Respect. And If He Wants A Chance At Coach Of The Year, Next Year. Mark Jackson Is A Better Coach, With Less Talent. He Played Point For Riley And Bird. The Man Knows Some Things.

The Heat Have The Most Talented Team In The NBA!!

By A WIDE Margin!!

No Reason To Lose A Game. Nevertheless A Series.

72-10. Next Season.

Yes. DASHI Already Raising Expectations.

Cut Anthony And Sign Greg Oden.

Not that there's ah anything wrong with that...

Chris Bosh's wife actually coined the nickname "lil" Wayne after comparing him to a real man - Chris Bosh. I believe the movie "Hall Pass" comes to mind.

LOL nice pic Kaz. Lovely woman who is simply reasserting that particular Bullz playa is still #1 even if he's a loser. Now that's good sportsmanship...

Why do Heat fans show up late to games and then leave early? With like 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter, you could see fans heading out the exits. As if showing up midway through the 1st quarter is not bad enough, the fans don't have any decency to stay the length of the game. You know, those tickets are expensive and I bet there are many real fans that don't have the money to buy those playoff tickets but would be real fans. Miami is still the bandwagon capital of America.

boy oh boy.. i leave the blog for a minute due to surgery, and i come back to immigration and benghazi?
is it my meds, or have i gone back in time 7 months? boy you corporatist republicans just whither in fear over hillary's landslide in 2016, and FOX and other GOP mouthpieces will do ANYTHING to stop it. anything, of course, but cooperate with the centrist democrat in office.
kaz? you had me until you quoted the "heritage foundation"; there's no way to figure the costs of amnesty. and no intelligent person would see the heritage foundation's study for more than it is: phony, anti- immigrant republican political poo-poo. by ignoring the upward mobility of immigrants, (many on this blog), the fact that immigrants start businesses at twice the rate of natural born americans, AND the fact that a hike in the number of highly skilled workers, a guest worker program that would deliver talent to a wide range of industries and a shift from immigration based on family ties to a system weighted toward job skills would dramatically reduce the costs they're claiming. it's garbage, and every cuban supporting it on this blog ought to be ashamed of themselves. blaming immigrants is a time honored american tradition, and it's a lie.

and benghazi?
well, first this:
June 14, 2002, U.S. consulate in Karachi, Pakistan
Suicide bomber kills 12 and injures 51.

February 20, 2003, international diplomatic compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Truck bomb kills 17.

February 28, 2003, U.S. consulate in Karachi, Pakistan
Gunmen on motorcycles killed two consulate guards.

July 30, 2004, U.S. embassy in Taskkent, Uzbekistan
Suicide bomber kills two.

December 6, 2004, U.S. consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Militants stormed and occupied perimeter wall. Five killed, 10 wounded.

March 2, 2006, U.S. consulate in Karachi, Pakistan
Suicide car bomber killed four, including a U.S. diplomate directly targeted by the assailants.

September 12, 2006, U.S. embassy in Damascus, Syria
Gunmen attacked embassy with grenades, automatic weapons, and a car bomb (though second truck bomb failed to detonate). One killed and 13 wounded.

January 12, 2007, U.S. embassy in Athens, Greece
A rocket-propelled grenade was fired at the embassy building. No one was injured.

July 9, 2008, U.S. consulate in Istanbul, Turkey
Armed men attacked consulate with pistols and shotguns. Three policemen killed.

March 18, 2008, U.S. embassy in Sana'a, Yemen
Mortar attack misses embassy, hits nearby girls' school instead.

September 17, 2008, U.S. embassy in Sana'a, Yemen
Militants dressed as policemen attacked the embassy with RPGs, rifles, grenades and car bombs. Six Yemeni soldiers and seven civilians were killed. Sixteen more were injured.

it's cute how you right wingers never cared about embassy attacks, (or spending for that matter), until the black centrist corporatist democrat was elected.
my advice?
STFU and come up with a solution to what is wrong with this country; one that supports womens rights, keeps the government out of the bedroom, (see? smaller government!), keeps jesus in church (even smaller government!), and evens out the tax code geared toward corporations and the wealthy.
my prediction? more babbling, blaming, and stalling.
and a corporatist woman named hillary running away with the 2016 election. don't say i didn't warn you.

David,

Agree with you on immigration but that's about it..Hilary in 2016?...hhhmmm, Well I think she looks like a man with tit's...there.

Benghazi whistleblowers testimony makes O & Hillary look bad. Hillary's statement from Jan 23 "At this point what difference does it make", kills any thought of her being elected president.

I guess in the Occupy Wall St, Anti Sheriff Joe, Gun Control Advocates, Rainbow Coalition, PETA, Sierra Club, Chubby Unattractive Women Wearing Pants Suits Club, Free Tibet, Hopey Changy, Coexist clubs, Hillary is the front runner.

Isn't it ironic that the 2 Boston bombers carjacked a ride from someone whose previously placed a Coexist sticker on the back bumper?

That blonde hag throwing the middle finger in the face of Noah is one ugly fan. Classy. If I were a Heat fan I'd be embarressed of that. Almost as embarressed of the Heat Logo, which really resembles my pertruding hemorhoid on a bad day.

david, I's believe in a flat tax.

david please let us know how you know what we thought about the prior attacks. and also please indicate in which of those attacks the ambassador provided advance information regarding a terrorist attack. and please let us know in which of those attacks the advanced warnings were ignored. and please provide us with information on those prior attacks where those embassies had been attacked by terrorists previously. oh and don't forget to let us know in which of those attacks the sitting president came up with a phoney baloney story about a video being to blame rather than terrorists.

can't wait for this one.

Immigrants start businesses at twice the normal rate of natural born Americans?

Wow david that's the biggest whopper you have ever told here and you have told more than a few.

At least that Heat fan is showing some passion and not just preening as most do but what is with this middle finger thing I see it happening at other venues in the NHL it really is tacky and shows a complete lack of self control.

"cooperate with the centrist democrat in office."

And that my friends is why they call them far left loons. WOW. Just WOW. I think I now have enough evidence that smog does have negative effects on rational thinking and common sense.

The far left fringe will either destroy our country first or more than likely negate whatever gains the Democrats have gained over the past 10 years or so. There are just far too many loons in that party and they are becoming too vocal (i.e. starting to try and take over the ship). A big fail is coming soon for that party due to the loons unless the true centrists regain the power and control.

BB

Fans are crazy. I took my family last year to see the Canes play Georgia Tech in Atlanta. There was a guy sitting by himself in front of us and a guy and a woman right in front of him. All were 55+. We were amazed that these guys were cursing the Canes and shooting them the finger throughout the game......from the corner of the freaking UPPER DECK.

We got the last laugh with the great win at the end.

Point is that some people forget that sports is just that and not life and death.

Skip,

As A Long Time LeBron James Fan. LeBron Doesn't Quit.

Now does he Throw A Game From Time to Time?

Dashi Theory. Yes.

All The Great Ones Do.

Jordan Did It All The Time.

Difference is Phil Still Managed To Find A Way To Win(Or Was In On It) . Jordan Would Bet On The Spread Or On 1 Or 2 Games. Ever Wonder Why Jordan Won Most His Titles In 6. 5 Out Of 6. Jordan Threw Games.

I Know These Are Strong Allegations, And Why Expose Such A Harsh Truth On A Player You Love To Watch. I Have Watched Him Throw Games In Cleveland and I've Seen Him Throw A Couple In Miami. That First Final. Look At The Tape. Jason Terry Isn't That Good And LeBron Isn't That Bad. Mental Breakdown My Ass!

But LeBron James Throws Games. And They Are So Blatant It Isn't Even Funny.

Ever Notice On Games LeBron Is "Off", He Makes The Silliest Turnovers. Or Take The Dumbest Shot. Notice He Will Disrupt The Flow Of The Game When Things Are Going Well. Basically Do Things Out Of Character.

It Is Very Subtle. But Watch.

That Is Another Reason Why Dashi Gets Mad At Spo. Unless That Dumb Look On His Face Is An Act. He Must Know LeBron Throws Games. Could Be Why Spo Never Takes Responsibility Of The Way They Play. You Never Hear Spo Say It Is My Fault.

You Can Tell When Your Players Are Doing Things Out Of Character.

I Don't Care If It Is Kareem On The Court. As A Coach If You See Something A Little Fishy You Bench The Guy. You Force His Hand. They Asked You Why You Benched Him. Tell Them The Half Truth, He Was Playing With No Effort, He Looked Tired On The Court. Address It Privately With The Player.

I Said All That To Say This. I Blame The NBA. For Putting A Salary Cap On The Player Not Just The Team. Else LeBron Wouldn't Have To Find Other Ways To Supplement His Income. Cause No Way In Hell Should Bosh Get Paid The Same As LeBron Or Wade.

Jimbo,

Respect The Milfs Of Miami.

Wait Til They Go To Chicago If You Want To See Ugly People.

I Tell You This That Shirt Wasn't Helping Them Tiddays. I Bet You Would Have A Different Take If You Saw More Cleavage.

Dashi Is Like Dave Chapelle In A Car.
www.popscreen.com/v/6gRvb/Chapelle-show-NipSlip

Dashi, ain't nothing attractive about the hag holding up her middle finger in Noah's face. Cleavage or not, she could take her shirt off only to show freckled, stretch marked, sagging mammories. I'd rather have them tea cupped sized with firmness then the overly large gravity sticken ones. Nothing beats a pretty face with a fine set of legs & lady butt. Just my taste.

Jimbo,

agreed totally on what the contours of women should be, which is why cambodian women rate highly- small and tea-cupped on top, with a real semblance of a caboose, unlike most other asian women, who are still pretty good. "more than a mouthful..." is still the operative concept, and those inflated jobs that start falling to earth early in life are not for me.

in the meantime i am enjoying the wariors. i don't know if they are still singing nthe second of the four stanzas of the national anthem before the games, but i am hoping my HD tv with its very good sound system will be able to transport some of that smoke that gets to the rafters whenever they play at home; a long time warrior tradition at home games.

The funny thing about that fan picture is not so much the woman, but the expression on their kid's face seated ahead of the couple. (see it here on the link Kazaam provided) https://twitter.com/HPbasketball/status/332316902376501248/photo/1

I swear, if I didn't know better, I would bet that that kid is Kazaam, which go a long way at explaining a few things:)

Hey Dave, now that you're laid up after surgery, by the way, for how long do they keep you on the female hormone shots? Did you have the surgery in Sweden? When do you officially change your name from David to Doris?

Anyway, congratulations on the tuck and roll.

Oh, here's a little something for you to help you with the cost of the sex change operation. While you're siting there recuperating and trying to figure out if you did the right thing, you probably did you know, after all, your new clit is probably just a little longer than your old tally whacker. Take a look at Tesla Motors. Not the cars but the company. They crushed the street yesterday after the stock closed at $55 and it opened today at $70! Nice to have some of those "corporatist Repubs" as you call us as friends, Dapper.

Hope you feel better, buddy.

hahahaha!

I think Doris is going to be very upset with me because I called him buddy.

Ah, sorry about that Dave, ah, I mean Doris, you know it's going to be like that for a while until we all get used to the new you.

Hope you feel better, "lady."

WTF is that security guard doing he should be addressing that right then and there not staring off into space.

Tom it's too bad your family had to be exposed to that type of behavior some grownups should know better than to curse and flip the bird in a family environment but like you said some don't really pathetic.

OC you think those people were their children I am not sure thye are sitting in what looks like a different section but if that is true really bad parenting.

The Marlins, whose attendance ranks last in the National League five weeks into the season, have decided to close the upper bowl at Marlins Park for certain weekday games, an approach the team used at times at Sun Life Stadium.

http://miami.cbslocal.com/2013/05/08/marlins-park-to-close-upper-bowl-for-some-games/

There are two good reasons it is unfortunate they can't bring back the old Miami Stadium (home of the Marlins minor league team way back when). First, the team is more suited for the minor leagues and second, the capacity of the old stadium would more than accommodate the phone booth size crowd.

Yes and now we have the crappy Marlins to thank for the # 1 team in the region not getting any stadium support.

tom, didn't cheney come out after 911 saying hussein was behind 911?
i din't know about YOU, but sometimes the info can be a bit "fuzzy" when it comes to our plethora of enemies, multiple wars, and attacks that occur, (either home or abroad).
sometimes it takes a minute to get the facts completely straight.
i'm telling you, it won't make a difference.
and pimple?
YOU, sir, are the loon.
anyone with a high school education can see that nixon, ford, AND your hero reagan would be villified by the modern republican party; weather it's expansion of government, (the EPA, and insurance mandate which was FIRST PROPOSED BY NIXON, genius) or multiple tax raises and debt ceiling increases, (ronald reagan).
hate obama all you want; that paradigm has shifted to the right, and only an ignorant tool would miss that obvious fact.

Gee, Doris, that tuck and roll must have improved your communications ability. That sounded really intelligent, buddy, er, I mean, mam.

doris from LA i see you didn't answer my questions and just attacked me. how liberal of you.

please provide the link for the comment you are attributing to cheney. i'd love to see that quote from cheney that sadam hussein was behind 9/11. and don't give me a quote potentially linking iraq to al quaeda, i want to see the "quote" that cheney said hussein was behind 9/11. i suspect that is another one you just pulled out of your ass.

reagan multiple tax raises? every president is in office when minor tax items go up or down. but the real tax comes from income tax. so as usual you're spewing typical liberal bullchit. ever hear of the 1986 Tax Reform Act SFB? no i didn't think so.

by the way the hero of the left, JFK, would be condemned by the left he if were around today for advocating TAX DECREASES during a recession as a way of increasing employment and tax revenue. OMG how Republican of JFK.

http://www.nytimes.com/1984/09/18/business/rationale-for-kennedy-s-tax-cut.html

please note i provided a link with a QUOTE not bullshit pulled from my ass.

I told you guys a long time ago when that idiot was trying to hose Miami into giving him the money to build that humpty dumpty looking thing at the sacred ground of the Orange Bowl that it was a huge mistake. I feel completely vindicated. My father hit the nail on the button 25 years ago when he said, "Miami, will never support a professional baseball team here."

Well guys I'm off. Won't be around for a while. Headed to Brussels, London and Paris. See you in early June when I get back.

real david - Cheney never said Hussein was behind 9/11, I never quoted the Heritage Foundation (although I don't think their numbers are that far off), and just because both teams try to expand big government programs doesn't mean it's good policy.

Democrats have moved just as far to the left as republicans have to the right - now anyone who even appears to be compromising in order to find a solution is eviscerated by the politertainment media.

Rubio is dreaming if he thinks anyone is going to come together to 'fix' his bill, that thing is doomed.

Dashi,

You saying Jordan and LeBron threw games??? WTF are U talking about dude?

You kids need to leave David alone, Yes he's a little insane (maybe is the Med's)and he gets confused from time to time but I have a soft spot for him on account he like's the moves and the direction my son is taking the Dolphins, so lay off people.
