LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh are expected to play on Friday night against the Boston Celtics at AmericanAirlines Arena.
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said after the team's Friday morning shootaround that James and Wade will warm up "with the intent to play" and that Bosh has recovered from his illness. Bosh did not travel with the team to Washington and James and Wade were held out against the Wizards as well. It was the first game this season that all three stars missed a game together.
For the Celtics, Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce are not expected to play. Udonis Haslem and Shane Battier will sit out for the Heat. Haslem is out for the second-consecutive game with a sore ankle and Battier is out with general fatigue.
