Luv this clip. Absolutely true too, coding *is* problem solving. Only problem, we need more "rock stars" cuz coders are often cheaper, just as good or better overseas. C'mon Merika, soldier up!

Black, you talk ALL year about the Heat need a trade on an almost daily basis. Then you have said nothing since the trade deadline about the lack of moves we made. What are your thoughts??? I asked Greggembe and he gave his 2 cents.

Trades talk slows down after the deadline... Now we focus on free agents and getting ready for the postseason.... but yes i wanted Cousins and Evans... no doubt...
