Will anyone buy Wade's new shoes in the U.S.?

It's a legitimate question. How do fans feel about Wade going to Li-Ning? Wade's big release was on Wednesday in Beijing and it had all the production value you'd expect from Li Ning, who was the guy who flew through the air to light the caulderon of the 2008 Beijing Games.

What do you think of these shoes? Would you consider buying them when they're made available in the U.S. next year?

They look pretty cool if you ask me.

Got to see them up close and try them on. All black shining..don't know. I'm a little skeptical about those sneakers, Aka. Basket ball shoes!

Goodman, Are you an intern? Or do you actually get paid to do this blog? When are you going to ever write something that is meaningful??

I agree, bored. This guy has been awful since his UF coverage days. Never written a meaningful paragraph in his life.

Richie and Bored -- Uh dudes, this is known as the sports section. Go to the news section if you wanna see anything 'Meaningful'.

On the Li Ning site the average basketball shoe cost $170, for that price no thanks.

The black ones look like some low top aligator boots. The white not as bad but the odor eater cushion look on the sides have to go. Don't like em and stamping one of my favorite basketball player's name on em won't change my mind. China got different customs and fashion. They should sell well over there.
