Dwyane Wade posted this picture on Instagram on 12:45 a.m. on Thursday. Wade was shooting some promotional stuff in the arena on Wednesday after practice for his new shoes, Way of WADE. It's a nice picture and everything and the shoes are cool but what's the most interesting thing about the photo?
Check out Wade's jersey. At first glance, it looks like a home white jersey. It's not. The jersey features a Li-Ning logo with "Miami" in a gothic-esque sans serif font across the chest. Traditionally, road uniforms feature a team's city on the logo and are a solid color. Pretty sweet. A must buy for Christmas, no doubt.
A side note: Wade is seated on the scorer's table near where I sit for every home game. Are those guys in the picture supposed to be sportswriter models? And, for that matter, what exactly is Wade looking at on that guy's laptop? Maybe he's reading an imaginary game story.
