In games past, LeBron James has played a nice variety of jams in the Heat's pregame locker room. Today, not so much.
The music started off strong with Meek Mill but then fell off the cliff when LeBron played Kanye West's "Graduation" from start to finish. Granted, it's a good album, but who wants to listen to an album in order of track before a game?
OK, so the headline is decieving. It's not quite a playlist, per se. More like LeBron James absentmindedly playing albums out of his iPod. From this we can deduce two things:
1. LeBron is busy preparing himself mentally for today's game and doesn't have time to worry about the music he's playing in the pregame locker room (This probably seems overly obvious to some people, but James sometimes carefully shuffles through his iPod before games for deep tracks, which he then performs Kaoroke-style.)
2. LeBron loves Kanye West. On a subconscious level, James goes to Kanye like you might get into your car on your off day and drive to work.
