Heat forward Chris Bosh was knocked out of Game 1 against the Pacers on Sunday with an abdominal strain.
Bosh suffered the injury near the end of the first half and did not return. The Heat trailed 48-42 at the end of the first half.
Reserve Ronny Turiaf replaced Bosh in the starting lineup in the second half. Bosh had 13 points and five rebounds in 16 minutes in the first half.
Losing Bosh to the series could have significant implications for the Heat, which already entered the series against the Pacers undersized. Bosh is day to day.
