Dwyane Wade update: He is a game-time decision after missing Wednesday's shootaround recovering from a migraine. He missed Tuesday's practice and didn't sleep well last night because of the migraine.
Carlos Boozer to Miami?: The Jazz's All-Star power forward, who keeps an offseason home in Miami, can opt out of his contract this summer. It's hard to figure seeing him in a Heat uniform considering the Heat has Michael Beasley and Udonis Haslem under contract beyond this season. But Boozer said he doesn't think the talk will die down so long as he lives in Miami. He works out with several Heat players during the offseason including Wade and Haslem.
"People want to talk about stuff, they're going to talk about it anyway," Boozer told the Salt Lake Tribune.
Haslem said Wednesday he isn't bothered by the talk involving Boozer perhaps going to Heat, and said their relationship is good.
Boozer will not play against the Heat because a strained left quadriceps tendon that has forced him to miss the past seven games.

I would take Boozer in a trade for marion and haslem.....maybe thet can throw in Milsap....good size.

We can't sign Boozer unless we trade Beasley or bring him off the bench which in 2 years would not be smart since he will be capable of giving you 22 points consistently every night. Besides they are pretty much copies of each other except that Boozer is what Beasley will be in 2 or 3 years. Another thing we have haslem as well and the last thing we need is another 6'9 PF. We need to go for a big, good center and a very solid player that can come off the bench and put points on the board. Thats it so we can have money for the summer of 2010 to make a run at Amare Stoudemire or Chris Bosh. These two can give you a lot of minutes at the center spot. We get either free agent and we will be championship contenders for the rest of Wades career. So we need to quite this chatter about CARLOS BOOZER coming to the Heat, before he gets here the Heat must get a legit center first and then worry about bringing in another undersized PF. LETS GO HEAT!!!

BOOZER IS A BUM!! I DONT LIKE HIM AT ALL!!!! BEASLEY BETTER THAN BOOZER AS WE SPEAK HE JUST HAS TO BE SMARTER ABOUT HIS SHOT SELECTION. BUT KNOWING RILEY HE WILL SIGN HIM LIKE HE SIGNED THAT BUM WALKER AND MAYBE EVEN TRADE FOR BIGGER BUMS LIKE BLOUNT AND BANKS.. OF COURSE THAT WILL BE HIS END SO I WILL BE HAPPY AS FUUUUUUCCCKKK =) I CAN SEE IT! HEAT WITHOUT RILEY AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH I CANT WAIT =)

ok, whats up guys, boozer is a solid power foward, but so is haslem, and beasley. but lets not just stop there. caron butler could be are pippen, you might hav to give up beasely and blount to pick him up but maybe get blatche in return. how about marion for harrington and curry, you throw in cook and banks but now at least you can make run this year. listen when boston made those moves to get their big three they gave up young talent to get rings. look what happened. there are still players there coming back from injury, hey, what do you'll think about anthony he seems like another ben wallace, keep him in the gym. keep in touch.

Black the trucker no one is going to trade a 19 year old player with all star potential for a 28 year old all star that will be on the downhill of his career in 2 or 3 years. Especially when the team is trying to rebuild for the future. Boozer is a very good player but we already have two replicas of him so why go for a third when we have a way bigger need at the center position. Oh and please don't tell me you would play him at the center spot because we already have a problem being undersized. We need to keep Beasley, Wade and then sign a big time free agent that can score and create his own shot (Amare or bosh). Maybe go for a Rasheed next offseason so that we have a big man down low. Sign him to a two year deal with the third year as an option and then go for that big free agent. We can't even get Harrington for another two months so let that go. Besides the Heat are 10-9 and they're starting to play well and they have established their chemistry which I highly doubt Spo wants to mess up. The Heat need to keep Marion and stay a float as long as where competing to get into the playoffs. If not we can risk our season by trading away Marion which can lead to Wade leaving in 2010. So we need to stay competitive and try to make it into the playoffs and let Wade put up career numbers and let him be considered for MVP so it can keep him happy. So we need to keep exploring trades options until the right one comes up (better to wait until the trade deadline when a team will probably need his services). Until then Marion is going to stay a Heat so long as the Heat are competitive or until the Heat have an offer they can't refuse. LETS GO HEAT!!!
