IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE A GOOD THING?

A study released this month by Move Hub, a moving research website, listed Portland as the most hipster city in the U.S. (and the 2nd-most in the world) and Grand Prairie as the least.

Any list for Portland beats Austin is a good thing

When I go to PDX, I have to use my regular alias

Flathead County is second on the list.

The one I can't believe is Brighton. Granted, we haven't been there in 40 years, but I thought it was a place where British civil servants and the like go when they retire. But more hipster than Portland? Is that even possible?

Fort Lauderdale and Miami are in the Top 10, which I can accept, but Salt Lake City at #3? Does not compute.

There was a time when our dear Dave would define what hipster meant and he would exemplify hipster when Rob was a lad. cough! Weinermobile!

As someone who lives downwind of Portland, I can attest to the validity of the study.

Grand Prairie does have a really big flea market. If you need any fleas.
