The decorations depict Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer being cooked on an open fire.

Yum, reindeer.

All the other reindeer will no longer laugh and call him names.

Pshaw. Everyone knows you're supposed to cook Rudolph in a Westinghouse RO-19.

Not cool.

I hope they have Burl Ives singing "Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer" in the background.

AmoebaStampede OMG! My mother had one of those cookers!
I only saw her use a couple of times, then in just sat in a kitchen corner. Mom was an early techo-junkie when it came to new kitchen gadgets.
Where's that geezer bus, they keep changing the bus stop location!

Merry Crispness.

Ho ho ho

♫ Rudolph roasting on an open fire... ♫

ImNotDave: my mom has that Westinghouse (a hand-me-down from her mom) and still uses it to cook a turkey every Thanksgiving and Christmas: she says it does a better job than her much newer oven. (I read that these old roasters still work so well because they don't have moving parts to depend on.)

The "A Christmas Story" museum house in Cleveland has one on display, but it's actually kind of rusty. At least its leg lamp doesn't have any varicose veins as far as I can tell.
