Soon we won't have any rights left at all.

Does this mean that red wagon manufacturers are now going to have to add the warning, "Do not place children in wagon and pull them through traffic. Do not attach wagon to the back of a vehicle"? I use to pull my children in a wagon uphill, both ways, in six feet of snow but, I never thought about going into traffic much less hooking the wagon to my car. Moron.

"What were you thinking?"

"About how much fun I had when I was with my Child Protective Services parents."

Incredibly, alcohol does NOT appear to be involved.

If they made this illegal in Flathead County, how would those poor kids get to school? But there the wagon is usually towed by a goat.

Problem may have been the PLASTIC wagon -- maybe a sturdy, metal Radio Flyer would have been okay.

Buzzkill fuzz. If this had happened a few decades ago, the mom would have been pulled over for not letting the joyriding kids have some candy cigarettes and Big League Chew.

But Pallet Surfing is OK!

When I was a kid, my dad hitched our sled to the family car and dragged us around town on unploughed streets. I now know it was dangerous but it was sure fun at the time.
