The night before the 20th annual Lions Club Trout Derby, someone broke into a storage trailer and stole raffle prizes, according to Chambersburg Police.

I saw Club Trout Derby open for Duran Duran.

I'm sorry, what are we laughing at here?

@padraig - I though they opened for Phish.

One of my kiddos was the recipient of generous Lions Club gift of summer camp for special needs children. It was the one time of year when she could be surrounded by other kids just like her and have the experience of summer camp. They graciously sponsored her for five years.
Reading through that article and how the Lions Trout Derby coordinator wants the thief to perform community service (rather than jail time) is how the Lions' hearts are. I'm thankful that the local radio show allowed them to make this theft known and that they have received some funds to help offset having to repurchase prizes for the Derby.

Don't know that we are laughing as The Blog stated There is Nothing Lower. And in this particular case, I agree.

And how do you get a Trout to wear a Derby?

What now?

Take off your hat
Now raise your right hand
Now place your left hand here

C'mon, everyone knows Trout Derby opened at Woodstock for Country Joe and the Fish.
