Hellbenders have flattened heads and bodies, small eyes, and slimy, wrinkly skin. They're typically brown or reddish-brown with a pale underbelly.

They're single and available! (and likely to stay that way)

And in a move that "fits right in", the zoo announced you can buy snot otters snot souvenirs in the gift shop.

I saw one of these when I was teenager wading and fishing a WV stream. It was the scariest thing I had ever seen and, not having a clue what the hell it was, I left the stream post haste.

She turned me into a snot otter!

Biologist 1: What the hell made those tracks?
Biologist 2: Otter.
Biologist 1: 's not otter
Biologist 3: logging new entry Snot Otter ..

I've read that at one time they were going to call the TEEN TITANS the SNOT OTTERS. Not sure if its true.

Amazingly, snot otters are not found in Florida. Ecologists claim the reason there aren't any is due to the fact they are eaten by alligators, snakes or other wildlife minutes after crossing the state line.

I suppose they've taken tissue samples already.

Veddy exclusive salamanders. Gesundheit.

When you think its butter,
But its snot....
