NEW JERSEY LEGAL UPDATE

Louann Clem filed the suit in September 2015 saying she suffered mental and physical anguish after Case Pork Roll Co. dismissed her husband because he passed gas too often on the job.

Extreme gas and uncontrollable diarrhea are probably not a good combination anywhere, anytime.

I simply can't see any problem here.

Note to me: Now safe to buy products again from Case Pork Roll Co.

Their case should get an airing before the Supreme Court.

I would venture a guess that their favorite comedy wasn not Mr. Bean.

Now let me see if I’ve got this straight:
After gastric bypass Mister Cass let pass excess gas from his @ss and the company was crass and lacked class when they sassed Ms Clem-Cass about his crevasse gas.

Alas.

Man, this story stinks!

Management referred to Cass as a "shitting" not "shitty" employee. Truth wins.
