Actually, she thought her neighbor was English and would prefer to live in a flat

"A favor to the neighborhood"?

I guess that's one way to put it. Or perhaps she was a Carl Hiaasen fan.

It's a lot more fun to just drive it off and hide it. Or so I've heard.

Florida Woman and Florida Man need to get together.

She is lucky to be alive, and I suspect that if she cannot pay that $25K Really Fast, they're going to find her in the bay. Wait until the demolition company sues her too; those boys have dynamite and know how to use it.

Wasn't this the plot of Herbie The Love Bug II ?

The unanswered question is: was the trailer on her property? If not, why wasn't she charged with criminal trespass? If so, then she's entitled to stand her ground, as I understand the law?!

Oooh. I've gotta go make a phone call!

Home destroyed. Damage estimated at $400.

...only slightly lowering her standard of living.
