Instead giving him a fine maybe they should pay him for his work?

Oh, Canada.

"Defazio, who owns Defazio Autobody in Saint John, said he was sick of the damage that the potholes caused his car."

Irony, thou art a Canuck.

Someone elected is the boss of the city’s deputy commissioner of transportation. That person needs to be identified and his contact information published.
The deputy commissioner would be lucky to stay on the job as a...pothole repairman.

When he said he'd "unfill" the potholes, the response was "If you look after it, we'll come out tomorrow morning and we'll do an inspection and if it's up to our standards, then fine."

Standards for potholes, indeed.

Fixing a pothole?

Oh the shame of it all!

What is the world coming to?
