No roaches, but a honeybee did crawl into my left ear one day while I was fishing. It was extremely distracting.
However, she came back out on her own when she found it was a dead-end.
So, it's official: a bee crawled into my head and reported finding nothing.

When they told the "new spy" to keep a bug in his ear... he took it literally...
