Swedish police blame traffic jam on tree-cutting beaver

Traffic jam? No thanks, I'll take my preserves in more traditional flavors like boysenberry.

I dunno what's up with those Swedes, where I live if a tree blocks the road people get out of their cars and move it out of the road. Even if someone didn't bother to move it there wouldn't be much of a traffic jam since within 20 minutes of a tree falling in the road someone is there with a chainsaw getting free cordwood.

Tree Cutting Beavers opened for Big Country in the late 90's. I think I saw them at Snowmass. Or Youtube. I can't really remember.

If a beaver chews down a tree and there's nobody around to hear it (except the beaver), does it make a noise? Does the beaver?

I'm glad they weren't hard on the beaver.
